as a young child growing up in Scotland as an English i had some difficulties arise socially later in my life especially in school but in my early years life was rather good.

here in Scotland we have nursery school which takes the place of kindergarten basically where you learn basic stuff the alphabet how to draw and write the bear bones of what you will use in the next few years but in between you play with toys and get stories and what not its actually pretty chill and rather fun "its not because i remember all that from nursery i volunteered in the same school nursery during my last year of primary school"  when i wasn't at nursery i was at home instead with my mum my gran and my dad in a small cottage and life was good for me at that time i had some friends some of whom im still friends with. after those 2 years in nursery school i moved on to primary school into primary 1 and it was here i met my best friend named Dylan me and him just clicked on our meeting i will be honest i dont remember much of how we met beyond basic hello but we have been told it was rather cute. me him and 2 of our friends ended up inventing a game we used play with our imagination where you would have a team of 4 or 5 imaginary ducks and you would basically go through the week and at the end of the week you would see who had the most ducks left "this worked by how many of your ducks could you still name it was a little complicated but hey our game our rules we win". after a week this went from a 4 person game to a 6 person game as our friends who i will simply name the twins ended up joining in 5 of the 6 of us are still part of the same group of friends we sadly lost one friend due to different high school choices "more on that later

my life basically stayed like this until around primary 4 which i will cover in the next section
