so primary school was an interesting time good friends good food and fun games overall but life decided to be cruel to me early on. primary 4 is the earliest i remember being bullied at school by lots of different people from people older than me to people in my year for some reason the younger kids were a lot nicer with maybe 3 exceptions but it was that year my bullying really started. it started off rather tame name calling insults that kind of thing on a regular basis.
it was primary 5 or so i remember starting to feel what i can only describe now looking back as unbridled rage and suicidal thoughts fora little context age wise i would of been like 8 years old or so. give or take this was many years ago and maths isn't for me. but overall primary 5 was decent fun other than the extensive bullying my primary 5 teacher was the nicest person i have ever met named for the purposes of this story Mrs sky-child. so Mrs sky-child wasn't a Mrs at the start of p5 she was a miss but if we start that debacle this will get confusing so Mrs sky-child got married about halfway through primary 5 and would become pregnant at the end of the year giving birth to a lovely son the following year which coincidentally was also the year my bullying got really bad. in primary 6 my family was forced to call the police and the school board about what was happening at school as one of my more frequent bullies named "again for this story" walker now he had been horrible to me since the begging he was the school jack ass played football "soccer" had nice hair popular kid with clear UN diagnosed mental issues.
anyway walker and his friends had cornered me in the local play park with scooters "like skateboards with handles" and started trying to hit me with them swinging them around like a flail" they didn't manage to hit me with them" after that failed to work walker threw a brick at me which hit my hand and fractured my wrist which was not fun.
he got an official warning from the police which was put onto his criminal record and that is only the beginning of p6.
not long after this occurred and my wrist had heeled enough for me to remove my splint i was out visiting a friend of mine and on the way home i was a witness to what would become a very hot story in my local community as woman opened her front door and let her 2 viscous dogs out to attack a neighbour of hers and his dog because she didn't like him i had happened to hear the 2 dogs barking and as i turned to see what they were barking at i saw one of the dogs jump up and drag this man to the ground as the other tried to get his dog. he kept that dog safe though as best he could. time almost stopped and my fight or flight kicked in for a second as i tried to decide what i should do. the attacked lasted maybe 15 seconds or so but it felt like an hour to me before his i think son came out of the house and chased off the dogs with half of the family why was almost 50 of the mans family members in the house it was his granddaughters birthday i ran down to help them and give my side of what happened to the police my job was to distract the children and keep them calm a hard job to d when your panicked and have blood on your shoes from trying to help the family move the man to his house. i failed and those little girls had to see they're granddad covered in blood with pieces of his body hanging by the tiniest pieces of flesh and muscle. thankfully the man survived and didn't lose any body parts to my knowledge i will be honest after that day i didn't pay much attention to the case whenever it was brought up i would either change the subject or leave the room i still don't really like to think or talk about what happened that day as its still fresh in my mind like it was only yesterday. i still get flashbacks to it at night.
whats that you think surely things couldn't of been worse well you would be wrong i saw one more thing that year that was worse than that at least to me.
so early in the year during the summer holidays i was hanging out with my friend who we shall call Henry now me and Henry had been friends for a couple of years at this point "by the way i should mention this was before the wrist fracturing that will be important later". and me and Henry were just hanging out at the local park when walker came along now i don't remember the exact conversation that took place at this point but something happened and next thing i knew walker had Henry in a human shield position and had the neck of a broken glass bottle up to Henry's throat i had to talk him down from killing my friend he eventually dropped the weapon and ran off for a reason i'm still not sure of i took Henry home and we told his dad well henry's dad went down to walkers house chapped the door and had a rather loud screaming based debate. with walkers grandparents. that event was the main reason walker got an official warning as well as a mark on his criminal record later in the year.
and that was primary 6 now in the next chapter we will be covering primary 7 as that mess of a time needs its own chapter
