Kailani and Sevyn were both drunk as fuck. They decided to call Tyler to come pick them up and take them to Waffle House.

"Hey Ty Ty, can you come pick us up from Clark and and take us to Waffle House?" Kailani asked now on the phone with Tyler.

"Why y'all at Clark?" Tyler asked.

"A party Sevyn dragged me too." Kailani replied.

"Alright, well I'm on my way." Tyler said and hung up.

15 minutes later.

"Okay, bestie! You look good!" Tyler complimented Kailani.

"Thanks." Kailani replied.

"Sevyn you looking good too, I might turn straight for that ass." Tyler said making Sevyn laugh.

"Thanks boo." Sevyn said.

They all got in the car and was on the way to Waffle House.

"Oh, Lani, uh- Chance said he wanna talk to you. Well he asked if I could get you to talk to him." Sevyn said.

"Man, fuck him." Kailani said ending the conversation.

Kailani didn't really feel like that though that was just the liquor talking. In reality she missed the late nights with Chance, them on the roof, cuddled up, and just talking about anything and everything.

When Chance ended things she acted nonchalant about it because she knew what she was getting into. She knew Chance had his ways but she saw a whole different part of him on that roof which is why she wanted them to work but she was going to continue to act like it didn't hurt her.

They were now pulling into Waffle House.

"Y'all let me know when y'all ready to leave and I'll come get y'all." Tyler said.

"Okay, love you." Kailani and Sevyn said.

Tyler made sure they walked into Waffle House and drove off.

"Damn, it's packed up in here." Sevyn said.

"Hell yeah." Kailani agreed looking for a seat.

"Oh, there's a seat over there." Kailani said pointed to an area in the back. They went over to the area and sat down.

"You really not gon' talk to Chance?" Sevyn asked.

"Nope." Kailani said.

"Alright then. Ima tell him I tried to get her to talk to you but she refused." Sevyn said making Kailani laugh.

Kailani let Sevyn order for her while she sat back and thought about if she really wanted to talk to Chance again. She wanted him. She knew she did. So what was the problem?

Her stubbornness.

Kailani finally decided that she would at least let Chance explain himself.
