Every day I wonder to myself

How did I survive?
Why what it only me?
Why was I in so much pain?
Why the fangs and the blue eyes that turn black?
Why the strange dreams and visions?
Why do I get injuries and pains I don't know the cause of?

I'm Ave Raylene and I know my life isn't near the ordinary.

I was always one to ask questions but I had the right to, my family kept a lot of secrets from me and from Felaine my eldest brother, Karrone my eldest sister and especially Saffron my youngest sister.
I took care of Saffron just like Felaine watched over us and Karrone followed closely behind.
- I wished I knew they kept these secrets to protect us, not to harm us. To keep us from who we really are.
My dad held the most secrets, I always tried to get things out of him, like that last night when I was only 12. The last night I'd ever hear my daddy speak the last time I'd see him the last hug I'd ever get from him.
8yrs ago the Raylene mansion caught on fire. Due to that fire I lost my dad Roneae my mum Phoebe my oldest brother Felaine my sister Karrone, and last of all Saffron my little angel, with my family went all the answers to the questions I have been wondering for years. I was 12 when the fire burnt down the mansion, now I'm 20 and the Raylene mansion has been long forgotten, so has Aveline Raylene. Aveline is gone and has been replaced by Ave Ray.
