Once everypony had defeated all the shadow liquid clones of all the villains, they focused their attention & strength to face off King Sombra.

Prism Blitz, Ragtag, Shooting Star, Super Rainbow Powered Rainbow Dash, Midstar X, Bloodnight Xash, Tarvis, Oreo, Smash Pro, Herbie Glimmer Sun, DJ FlutterDerp, Howling Paw, RareRhyme, Race, Nightfall Eden Star, Lora, Princess Twilight Sparkle, & her friends all kept tag teaming Sombra with different styles of combos. And, Chaos also used different powers to help defeat Sombra while he wasn't the one to get tired. Dark Zlar had finally convinced Darkness Breaker to join forces with the good side. Darkness Breaker & Dark Zlar became sworn brothers to each other.

Sooner or later, King Sombra managed to blow everypony out of his way in order to stop Lightning Blitz & Darkness Blitz from finishing their Arcane Magic. But, when he failed to do so, Darkness Blitz & Lightning Blitz had already successfully fused their Arcane Magic together. By doing so, they've also fused their bodies and will together become one solid pony.

King Sombra: Who... Who are you?!

Darkness Lightning Blitz: I and many others will be the ones that will defeat you. I am known as Darkness Lightning Blitz. The complete Fusion of Lightning Blitz & Darkness Blitz.

King Sombra: You what?!

Darkness Lightning Blitz: Come my friends. Let's show this pile of shadow junk what we're made of.

Race: Yeah! I'm with you!

Darkvine Raven: Until the end!

Dark Zlar: Hmph let's go!

Darkness Breaker: I will make it up to you all later.

Lora: C'mon King Sombra! We'll defeat you for good!

Nightfall Eden Star: I'll make sure that you never return King Sombra!

Black Blood: ... ... ...

Dark Blitz: ... ... ...

Black Shadow: I will end you Sombra!

Young Savage: Bring it!

Tarvis: C'mon Sombra!

Prism Blitz: Let's go uncle!

Ragtag: Yeah! Let's see what you're made of!

Shooting Star: Let's dance!

Oreo: We will not fail this time!

Chaos: I will destroy you Sombra!

After that, the ones that were going to face King Sombra weren't going to let their guards down with no slip ups. King Sombra was getting aggravated with the power of Friendship. But, he knew that he wasn't going to win this war. Everypony used their final attack and then, with one final shot Darkness Lightning Blitz and his allies along with his family they ended King Sombra's last and only time to ever be seen or heard of ever again. But, he was still there when Darkness Lightning Blitz & Race did something to obliterate King Sombra's shadow liquid form.

Darkness Lightning Blitz: Ready Race!

Race: With pleasure.

Darkness Lightning Blitz: Final Lightning Ka Ma Ha Ma......

Race: Super Ka Ma Ha Ma......

Darkness Lightning Blitz & Race: HAAAA!!!

King Sombra: Nooooo!?

King Sombra was finally finished and he was completely destroyed & obliterated from this world never to seen again. Everypony started cheering in joy that the war was finally over. Now that King Sombra was gone Starswirl and his allies had returned from being trapped inside a void.

And thus, peace in Equestria was back to normal once again. But, was it truly the case. Nope, the war has only just begun.
