Shadow Gardians

Chapter 2

Zeecee pov
Me and my sister glid through the air watching over the humans. keeping out of the beams of street lights and high rises. trying to stick to the shadows so not to be seen.

"Kinda quite tonight isn't it" ZayZee says
"Yeah kinda odd" then we hear her I. Our head's voice in our minds.
"I have a mission for you two return to HQ imidetitly"

"You heard her better get going" my sister says and I fly head first for a shadow under a bench as I enter the shadow realm I am engulfed in darkness then my eyes adjust and I can see a world form infront of me it's dark and cloudy with lines like a child's drawing in the distance I see a building it's only when I get close that it becomes clear. The building looks like a huge Castel mixes with a skyscraper made from modern materials not brick. slick black walls and high ceilings. We walk through the big dubble doors with tinted glass windows.

"Wonder what this mission is" KayZee asks as we walk through the dimly lit halls passing the other Guardians as we make our way to the elevator I hit the button
"Must be important the boss never calls us up we get our missions from the Zeds" the Zeds are dornes made by the boss to give out missions to watch over those who would be targeted by light seekers we are the true guardian angels.

The elevator dings for the top floor and the doors open revinling the boss's office it was bueuitful in getting shades of grey, black and charcoal the the walls a black marble and flora a dark charcoal grey with a carpet rug leading from the elevator doors to a big dark wood desk that sat a young girl with long black curly hair done up into pig tails she wore a cute dress of the only white in the room. The dress was detailed in gold and black making it look like elegant armor. I could see the black back train of her dress from under her desk. (See photo)

"Ahh my twins glad you could join me" she says

"Umm, you somoned us" my sister looked at me confused."

"Yes yes I did I believe it's about time for you to to require a new shadow Guardian."
"Wait us, you want us to do it?" I asked in disbelief.

"Why yes you know how it's done correct?

"Yes, but there hasn't been a requirement in 30 years. Why now."

"I feel something coming we need this young man, let's just hope he finds that he need us to. He's his file, he lives with his ant after both his parents got shot"
"So did he, point blank"
"Witch makes him a possible candidate."
We nod "ok on it" we say to geather. And walk out.

Lee p.o.v
It's been a couple days here in the hospital the doctors say I'm recovering fast. But it feels like a life time I have trouble staying in bed. I'm use to moving around.
Then I hear a crash out side my bed room. I look out the window, and see and elderly man has fallen. I look around and see no one is around to help, with out a second thought I get up and rush over to him. It's worse than I thought. I don't know what's wrong with him but I think he is having trouble breathing.

"Sir, sir it's going to be ok" he looked up in to my eyes. The look was that he know I was last hope

"HELP!, HELP!"I yell trying to get someone's attention. I take a deep breath as I feel the air going in I feel a pain in my chest
"HELP!" I call out hold the man's hand finally a nurse comes over.

"What happened?" She asks
"I don't know, I heard a crash and he was on the floor" I told her I don't know what she did but he started to breath.
"Deep breath sir you'll be fine, thanks to this young man"

"Thank you" he studered out as he tried to regain his breath.
A few other nurses came and helped the man back to his room. Then the attion was to me.
"Mr...?"
"Lee my name is Lee"
" It looks like you just saved his life and his whole family a lot of grif. But looks like you bleeding. Ill help you get back to your room.

Lucky my stitches didn't pop it was just agitated from all the movement.

"Well Lee your lucky no stitches came out or it would have been more time here. There you go all packed up."

"Thanks I look down at the bandage, I may not want to stay here longer but it would have been worth it"

"That's a very noble thing to say, well I'll let you be then" she turns to walk away

"Umm. If I may how big is his family?"

"Have you ever heard of the simpltim family?" I nod they where huge and I heard close one big happy family tones on tv crews want to do a reality show on them but the refused said it would tarr the family apart.

"That's the head of the family" my eye widen I just saved a family that big all those from have to lose a father, grand father, grate grand father brother uncle, you name it.

"Well done." And she left it felt good when I saved him but that hole family I saved them to. Leaned back in my bed. The I heard a knock on my door. I look up it was Alex.

"Hey what just happened" he pointed to caoss in the hall.
"A older man fell and I helped"
"Oh really that's it?"
"Yeah it was the head of the simpltim family and he almost past"

"Wait you saved his life"
"Yeah I guess I did," I looked at him" and it felt right you know what I think once I'm out of here I'm going to look in to a being in the business of saving lives" he looks at me
"Really?"

"Yeah"
