We told Haymitch and Effie over the phone. surprisingly, Haymitch sounded sounded excited and tried to give himself the job of walking me down the aisle.
Effie, however, dropped the phone and started crying! she picked up the phone and said congrats, I have to go fix my makeup now. Me and Peeta were hold off in the laugh, so we hung up, and had a laugh attack.
