I wake up in a unfamiliar room,then all the memories from last night rush through my head.I see Zach on his phone,he realizes I'm awake and puts it away."what happened" I asked him while sitting up and collecting my stuff "I saw you asleep after I finished doing my buissness in the bathroom so I put ur stuff away" he says "thanks but I should head home now" I say grabbing my crutches
"Can't you stay for breakfast" he asks practically begging me.Even though I really want to stay so I don't get hit by my dad,I have to go or it'll be even more painful "sorry no,I have....some things to do" I say as I open the door of his room
He helps me get out and walk down the stairs,as I am at the front door I turn around and tell him goodbye,he replies with goodbye also,but we just stood there looking at each other's eyes,his eyes were shining and I could get lost in them,wait what no I can't
After an eternity of what it felt like,I broke the silence by clearing my throat "so um,I'll see you tomorrow" I say looking away not daring to make eye contact "um yeah" he says awkwardly "ok bye" I say as I walk away "bye" he says

As walking home I can't stop thinking about what happened,it's like we almost kissed but didn't,did he want to kiss me,do I like him? No I can't like him,we were enemies 3 days ago(lol sorry if I get it wrong I'm so bad at math) ugh,why am I so stupid,who falls for someone who falls they just met(no offense just part of the story)
Anyways I finally get home and I see my dad standing at the door,this will not end well

He starts kicking my stomach,then I hear the door open "hey aliyah you forgot your note-" he sees what's happening and processes it "WHAT THE FUCK" he yells pushing my father off me
