Ellie would have to stay at the school housing in the Demon Realm until she was finished with school due to The goddesses didn't want her to go but her father Lucifer is a Fallen Angel and her mother didn't want to risk a war.

Until they were pushed into the pond they bursted up about of the water

He still held onto Ellie as everyone laughed and splashed after a bit they got out.
Ellie got out before Meliodas giving him a good look up her skirt.
