The One He Falls For(on hold)

Chapter one

I'm Lucy Renalds a 16 year old girl who most of you would consider a "nerd". Most stereo-typical nerds have 2 parents who would do anything to get them into a great college, but that's not how they all go. For-example mine, my life has never been and never will be anywhere near normal. At the age of 18 my mum got pregnant, she never got to go to college. She basically gave everything up for me. When I was 3 years old my dad walked out on us. My mum has never really been open to talking about it so I avoid it at all costs, but in the back of my mind there will always be a tiny part that thinks it was my fault.

When I was growing up it was just me and my mum. We've lived in Tampa, Florida all my life. It gets hard sometimes but my 2 best friends Bella Robinson and Lili Smith could never let me be sad for to long. They make me smile whenever I'm with them.

Lucy's POV
It was the first day of school. I was walking down the hall and then everything came to a sudden stop and I fell to the ground my stuff going everywhere including my glasses. All I hear is "watch it" but I couldn't see anything. When I heard that voice I knew who it was, it was Jasper, Jasper Lambert. He was the stereo-typical bad boy.

First period I had algebra, but Mrs.Shay was pretty nice and didn't have any assigned seats. The only sad part was that Bella or Lili weren't in that class, but you know who was Jasper. Ugh, Jasper bugs me so much he thinks because he's popular he can do what ever he wants. Like usual he came to class late. He walks up to me and says

"Your in my seat."

"I was here first, and I'm not moving" I said

Jasper's POV
So I take the seat next to her and think, did she really just say that to me? But I don't understand I never did anything to her. A simple "sorry but it's taken" would have done. So I stare at her a bit, not realizing until she starts snapping at me. I jump a little after realizing that I've been staring for 5 minutes.

You know I've never realized how beautiful this girl really is.

"What's your name?" I ask

"Lucy, why do you care?" Lucy says

"Why have I never seen you before?" I ask

"Because you don't notice anybody but yourself. I've been in your algebra class for the past three years. And not to mention you ran into me this morning and just kept going. She says very snippy

Was I really that bad? I ask

Yeah your pretty rude but can we just keep working? Lucy asks

But I don't notice anything that Lucy says I'm just to stunned by how beautiful she really is.

Before I knew it the bell had rang and it was time to go. Next I had English and when I get there I realize I had that class with her too. But Mr. Ballman had assigned seat and I sat across the room from her. While she was working on our assignment I couldn't help but stare, if anyone were to see me they would probably have thought I was crazy. But I didn't care I couldn't get her out of my head.

The bell had rang and I ran to catch up with her.

Do you need something? She asks

Actually I was wondering if...

And we were cut off by a bunch off guys coming over to talk to me. When they left I turned to talk to her and she was him.

Lucy's POV
I swear this kid likes me because he's following me everywhere. It's kinda creepy.

Finally it was time to go to lunch. Thank god I was so hungry. I go and get my lunch, which was a salad with yogurt, string cheeses and a iced tea. When I sit down I start talking with Lili and Jasper comes and sits by me.

"Can we talk?" Asks Jasper

"Um yeah should we go out in private?" I ask

"Yes." Says Jasper

Out in the hall way

"Why did we need to come out here exactly?" I ask

"I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go see a movie with me tonight?" Jasper asks

We I don't want to be rude so I say "yeah should be fine."

"Okay, so I'll pick you up at seven?" Asked Jasper

"What is your number so I can text you my address?" I ask

He gives me his number and walks away. As I walk back to my table I see Lili and Bella smirking at me. All I could think on the way over there is how on earth did I get a smoking hot date tonight? At the moment I didn't even care that he was Jasper the bad boy. All I new was I couldn't wait for tonight.

The rest of the school day went by really fast. I was just so excited to get home and get ready.

When I got home I went downstairs threw my backpack on my bed. Then I went upstairs to eat. I ate a peanut butter sandwich and an orange.

Then I got in the shower I washed my long light brown hair and then shaved and got out of the shower. I put my favorite Victoria's Secret pink and white lace bra in and then matching underwear. I put on a pair of black leggings and pulled on a gray sweater. I pulled my gray vans out of my closet and put those on. I let my hair dry naturally dry because my hair has a really pretty wave to it. Once my hair is dry i look at the time and it's quarter to seven so I go grab my purse, my wallet, my keys, and my phone.

At exactly seven I hear a knock on the door. When I open the door Jasper is standing there with flowers and is dressed in jeans with a nice polo. I've never seen him dressed this nicely. So we pause for a moment and all you can hear is him say "wow".

So we head to his car and he opens the door for me. When we sit down he says " You look so beautiful tonight." I can help but blush. Then I say "thank you." Then we drive off.

So he asks me "What movie do you want to see?"

I respond with "I don't care whatever one you want to see."

At the movies

We get two tickets to Annabel. I was told it was super scary but I didn't want to seem too scared or something, so I agreed.

So we go and find our seats. About half way into the movie I was so scared. I didn't even realize that I had my arms around him. When I look up at him, I looked straight in his eyes and I knew that I had fallen for Jasper. Before I knew it our lips clashed together and we were kissing. It wasn't like a peck or a small kiss it was like nothing I had ever experienced. We were so into it we didn't even care we were in public. His tongue was exploring my mouth and mine was exploring his. He tasted so good I wanted more, we kissed for quite some time. But eventually we had to come up for air.
