Anna couldn't sleep, at all. She tossed and turned on the silk bed, bile at her throat. She got up once more to vomit. Jonathan was fast asleep, completely oblivious to his girlfriend vomiting in the bathroom. She was thankful that he was a deep sleeper, or he would have figured it out already. She still hasn't told Jonathan; she didn't want to pin a child that wasn't his on him. It would have made her feel ten times worse.

During tough situations like these, she would have dialed Piper or her mother, yet those two angels were not on this Earth anymore. She got up from the floor and flushed the toilet, cleaning herself up and brushing her teeth. She made her way out of the room and into the hallway. She reached for the house phone and dialed the only person she had left in this world, the only person she could trust.

The phone continued to ring; then Corey's sleepy voice came through. "Anna? It's three in the fucking morning! What could you have possibly-" he complained, but immediately stopped when he heard his sister tearing up. "Corey" She sniffed and started to cry; but not too loud because she didn't want to wake Jonathan. "Anna what's wrong?" He cooed.

She felt a burn at her throat and she clutched it. She had to say this, she had to tell him. "I-I'm pregnant" She cried softly. She heard a soft gasp and she could sense her brother's smile. "Congratulations" He said to her, he started rambling about baby names and insisting that Anna should name her son Corey Junior. However, he stopped when his sister continued to cry. "It's Rivers" She whispered into the phone. She heard the phone drop from the other line and Corey struggling to process his words.  Corey picked up the phone and sighed at his sister.

"Annalise, I'm sorry" He simply said to her. "Don't apologize, you didn't do anything" She told him. "I'm sympathizing with you, now are you keeping it?" He asked her. "I want to, I don't know why but I want to" She said. "I know why, it's because it's a part of River you can get" Corey told her. "I still love him" She confessed. "You never stop loving someone, especially if they're your first love" Corey said sadly. "You still love Piper?" Anna suddenly asked.

"With all my heart" Corey told her. "Well then we're both fucked aren't we" Anna giggled, making her brother reciprocate the laughter. "Let Jonathan know" Corey told his sister seriously. "I'm afraid" She said. "Only a sane person would be; and if you want to keep the baby you have to tell River" Corey said to her. "If only it was that easy" Anna said. "It can be if you just try; get it over and done with" Corey said.

Over and done with; just like that?

"Maybe you're right, but it's going to take me some time" Annalise told her dear brother. "Of course Anna, now get some rest for you and the baby, again congratulations" Corey told her, and he hung up.

He placed the phone back on the wall and breathed out. It's like the tragedy never stops in their life. He walked into the living room and sat on the couch in complete shock. Lisa suddenly appears and squints her eyes at Corey. "Corey" She softly calls out, and she grabs his attention. She walks towards him and sits next to him on the couch. "What are you doing up so late? We have to be at the rink early, it's holiday season, you know how packed it gets" She scolds him gently, as she combs her fingers through his hair.

"Just thinking" He softly responds to her, hugging her closer to him. "About what?" She says happily. "Life, how much of a bitch it can be" Corey tells her, tears spilling from his eyes. She notices immediately and wipes his tears with her thumbs, and he leans his head into her soft hands. "It isn't meant to be a fairytale; but I assure you Corey you will get your happy ending" Lisa tells him. "How can you be so sure?" He asks her. "Because I'm going to try my absolute hardest to make your dreams come true, you remind me of myself, we've been through so much and no that we have come together, we have to protect each others happiness, and you are my happiness" She tells him softly, cupping his soft cheek. Corey stared at him woman in awe and smiled at her.

He took her hand away from his cheek and held it tightly. He looked at her with glossy eyes and she stared back, her lips opening from awe from the intense gaze. She leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on his lips. Once Corey felt Lisa's lips on his, all consciousness left him, it slipped from his grasp. He kissed her back with ferocity and pushed her back on the couch. They counted to kiss each other lovingly, and their clothes being discarded. One they were completely stark naked, they pulled away from each other and stared into each others eyes.

"I've never done this before" She told him. "Me either" He responded honestly. "I've always imagined I'd share this moment with Leonardo" She told him. Corey nodded and hugged her tightly. "As with Piper" He told her, and kissed her gently. "Can we figure this out together?" Lisa asked him. Corey nodded and reached in his wallet on the table for a condom, and slipped it on himself.

"Lisa" He softly said to her. She looked up at him and smiled. "Corey" she responded, tears brimming her eyes.
