RiskIt is just your typical thief for hire. Most of the time whatever he's hired to steal he doesn't even know what it is or it's value, he just loves B&E and things that aren't his.
I've always seen RiskIt being like old-fashioned radio announcer. I don't have a whole backstory for him, since he's always able to avoid trouble (except when he lost his arm) but he is a fun character that I play with every once and a while!
