"Hi this is Jonathan Groff I'm calling to let you know, you got the part!"
F/n and I look at each other and squel with joy.
"Aw, ok can you be at the theatre in an hour? " "Yes absolutely! "
I respond trying not to cry. I hear my phone peep as the call is ended. I turn to f/n.
" YOUR IN HAMILTON!" They scream.
"F/n get my coffee I have to get dressed! Oh shit what am I gonna wear?! ". I freak out not knowing what I'm going to do.
"Don't worry hon, I got you, I brought something just for the occasion!
"You brought an outfit for me to..." "Yes of course now here!" My friend hands me a black bag with the hot topic logo an tells me to go change. "But don't look in the mirror I wanna see you reaction!" They usher me into the bathroom . ___________________
"Uh ok I'm done...." "Ok, yay come on out!"
I step out of my bathroom, unsure of what I looked like

My friend gives me a wink and I check my phone to order an Uber. My friend hands me my coffee and walks me out of my apartment building.
"Are you sure I can't come with youuu?!" My friend whines.
"Yes f/n, how akward would it be if I brought a friend on my first day of rehursals? "
" Ughhh fiiinee but I wanna meet the cast at some point!"
"I'll ask. " I respond flatly. I give my friend a quick hug and hop in my Uber
"Where you headed?" The Uber driver asks turning around to face me in his back seat. He looks about my age.
" Richard Rodgers theatre" I respond.
"You gettin' tickets to that theatre show? Hamlet or somein'?"
"Oh um no I'm in the cast as an understu/" when I'm cut off by the man looking back at me
"Ooh I love actor chicccccks, you know your reeeeeally pretty you know thhhhat.."
That's when I realize his sluring words.
I gave a polite giggle and he seemed to let up

He starts to rub my thigh from the front seat
"Umm I uhh have to go to my..../" "Shhhhh babe it's alright" "No please no!" "I said shush it!"
He yells when he is quickly cut off by a familer face ;my car door is opened by a familer face
"JON!" I shout seeing Groff's Smiling face quickly disappear he quickly grabs my hand.
"Babe what's going on here? Is this man bothering you?" I'm confused only for a moment when I soon realize whats going on and begin to play along
"BABY! There you are! He was trying to.."
Jon chimes in
"Keep your filthy hands off my girl!" Jon says, raising his voice.
He helps me out of the car putting his arm around my untill we get into the theatre. Normally Geoff would look about as threatening as a newborn puppy but he was in a tank top and shorts so his muscles were visible. We get into the theatre he removed his arm crouching slightly in front of me to be at my hight.
"Are you alright? I was standing in the theatre and saw him being creepy and/" "I'm fine thank you so much"
I give Jon a hug which he returns
"Well hi I'm Ionathan Groff, you must be y/n?" "Haha yes, nice to meet you Mr.Groff " "Oh no need for formalities, everyone just calls me Groff, or Groffsauce!" "Alright !" "Don't worry you'll get a nickname soon enough." He chuckles a bit and walks me to the auditorium.
"HEY EVERYBODY MEET OUR NEW ELIZA Y/N! "I thought I was an understudy!?" "Pippa is going on vacation so your our stand in!" Groff says excitedly . I begin to panic "But I dont know anything!" Suddenly a women who I can only ussume to be Pippa walk in "You've got a while sweety, and I'll be helping you." "Oh are you..?" "Pippa? Yes, my name is phillipa but everyone just calls me Pippa."
I shake her hand an she Pat's me on the back , " Your gonna be great I can already tell" "Hey Pippa?" Groff asks "Mhm?" "Where is everyone?"
"Ummm........."
