!First Hug!

Shaurya's POV

I woke up around 7am & I started panicking once I figured out that I fell asleep while working.

I hurriedly opened the laptop placed on the side table.
As I opened the presentation I was shocked.

It was completed fully with every picture & highlights.

I turned to look at the side of bed.

There she was sleeping.
I could see the dark circles under her eyes proving that she was awake till too late.

I felt miserable that she had to complete my work all by herself.

I bent a little downward towards her face examining her face.

I smiled to myself & involuntarily kissed her forehead softly not wanting to wake her up.

I was shocked at myself that how come I did this.
Shrugging away the thought
I got down & went to do my morning chores.

I was all set ready to depart I had made breakfast for her too although it was just scrambled eggs & salad.

I didn't woke her up & leaving few sticky notes behind I left for office hoping for the best.

Manya's POV

I opened my eyes to the sound of the doorbell.

I got up hurriedly stretching my arms I opened the door to find Rajni Didi.

I frowned at her when she entered wishing me good morning.

"Why you came so soon Didi ."I asked her.

"Soon? It's already 10am beta."

"WHAT!!!"I was shocked.

He went office without waking me up. What about his lunch & breakfast.

I went to the kitchen to find scrambled eggs with salad placed on the counter with a note.

After reading his sweet note I was smiling widely.
He is cute hmmm.

I quickly got freshen up & ate the breakfast.

After that I texted him Good Morning.

I was just hoping that his meeting goes well as it was my hardwork too.

I didn't wanted to make lunch so just ate some fruits & cereal by 2pm.

I was keen now to know about his meeting.

I wanted to call or text him to ask about it but thought that if it went well he would himself have informed me so I dropped the idea & was waiting for him to return.

I passed the whole day watching Netflix.

It was 7 now I knew he'll be home anytime.

Just as I thought the doorbell rang.
I rushed to the door & opened it.

I saw him he was wearing a black formal Tuxedo with White shirt & Red tie. He looked Handsome & was beaming with happiness.

He rushed inside closing the door & HUGGED me

He freaking hugged me & even lifted me up a bit continuously saying ThankYous.

First I was shocked at his this move but as I heard him saying he bagged the promotion.

I smiled to the fullest hugging him back.

"I knew it you'll win."I said to him.

"All thanks to only you ThankYou so much Yaar."

"Oh come on Shaurya Baba don't start again."I said laughing.

He chuckled still hugging me.

I was liking it maybe he was too.

After a minute of staying like that silently he broke apart at once.

"Am sorry."he said looking down.

"It's okay. Am happy that you won."I said trying to change his mind from the sudden hug our FIRST hug too.

"Well Done Kid Am Proud Of You."I said patting his shoulder.

He smiled.

"Let's go out for dinner today a treat on me."he suggested.

"Oh really that's amazing after all I haven't went anywhere here."I exclaimed

"Ya I know am such a bad guy didn't took you anywhere was immersed in work."

"Arre it's fine btw where we'll go."I asked him.

"Let's go to GIP mall. N number of food outlets are there. So you'll decide."he said smiling.

"Perfect."I exclaimed happily.
