A Sonnet for Thee

Hast thou ever seen what really is in me?

Thine I seest a heart's cruelest joy

The widest smile for the pain of me

Am I really naught but thy playful toy?

Thou seemest to change for reasons unknown

I wonder if there's something that Ihave done wrong

Could it be? I'm soon to be left all alone

By the thief of my soul's core and melodic song.

Now to pieces I'm shattering inside..

But 'tis I shall hide from thee my dear

Cause there is this monster always by my side

It's growing and roaring, 'tis monster we call fear.

Is there nothing more I can do now?

I simply wish that thee will keep thy vow.
