Part 2 of Ishimondo Oneshots- Survival!

Mondo woke up the last morning, then realized there was someone in bed beside him.  

What the-?  Oh, it's just Taka.  Taka?  Oh.

Mondo quickly remembered what had happened the night before.  Taka confessed his love for Mondo, Monokuma told Mondo what would happen when he left, and then he and Taka slept in the same bed.  Mondo was awake most of the night, wondering what his decision would be.  When Monokuma told Mondo that he could leave, he also told Mondo that he could choose one person to leave with him.  Mondo had almost instantly chosen Taka, but instead told Monokuma that he would tell everyone his choice in the morning.  Mondo was worried about what everyone else would say once he chose Taka.  Would they hate him?  Would they even want to hear anything he had to say?  Mondo's heart started to race.

"M-Mondo?  What time is it?  Wait, MONDO?  Oh."

Mondo figured Taka had done the same thing that he did once he first woke up.

"Its almost 7.  The morning announcements will be on soon."

"I'm going to be late!  I'm always at the dining hall before the doors are unlocked and-"

"Taka, wait a bit longer this time.  I have something I need to tell you before I leave."

"Oh, right.  You're leaving today."

"With you.  I get to choose one person to leave with.  And I choose you.  I will always choose you.  As long as you choose me."

"Of course!  I don't have any clothes over here.  Should I dress up?  I packed a tuxedo, just in case."

"No, Taka, just wear what you normally wear.  You might wanna take a shower, unless you wanna smell like my cologne.  And that stuff's pretty strong.  Someone's bound to notice."

"Oh, yeah.  I'll be in my room if you need me.  I'll give you my key, if you want to walk me to my room.  Just so you can get to me if you need to, and no one else can."

"Okay."

They had both slept in their clothes, so they pulled on their shoes and walked over to Taka's room.

"Alright! I'll see you in a few minutes!"

"Okay, babe."

Mondo caught a glimpse of Taka's blushing face before he closed the door.  It was pretty cute.

Mondo walked back to his room, thinking about what the wrold was like.  Had it changed?  What was it like now that everyone he loved was dead?  Except for Taka, of course.

Mondo got back to his room and cleaned up.  He brushed his hair and teeth, then sprayed on some cologne.  It was pretty strong.

Mondo heard a knock at his door a few minutes later.

"Hey, its me!"  Taka's muffled voice sounded upset.

Mondo opened the door, and Taka quickly fell into Mondo's arms.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

"I s-saw Hagakure in the h-hall and he called me an idiot for believing you.  H-He punched me- in the gut and and the face.  I- I didn't do anything!"

"Hey, calm down.  It's okay," said Mondo, closing the door.  "We need to go to the cafeteria, Taka.  I know you probably din't want to, but Monokuma said he would be there at 7:30.  Its 7:25.  We don't have to sit with eveyone else.  We can just sit at one of the empty tables.  Okay?"

"O-Okay."

Mondo put his arm around a scared-looking Taka, and led him out of the room.

"Oh, hey, guys!" Said Aoi happily walking down the hall with her arm around Sakura's waist.  "Mondo, just so y'know, me and Sakura don't blame you at all."

"Asahina, I believe it would be "I and Sakura." said Sakura.

"You're right.  Sorry!"

"It's fine, Aoi.  Thank you." said Mondo.

Once they got to the dining hall, everyone was assembled.

"I told you we would be late!" Whisper-shouted Taka as Monokuma appeared out of nowhere.

"Hiya, kiddos.  Guess what?  Mondo's leavin' today!  And... He's takin' someone with him! Upupupupupu!  Well, I guess I don't need to explain that!  Tell 'em who ya chose!"

"Well, I thought about it, and this probably won't suprise you all," said Mondo, standing up.  "But I choose Kiyotaka Ishimaru."

"Well that was obvious.  You two were in love before you even realized it." said Byakuya.  "Oh, please.  It's all over your faces.  Good riddance."

"Well then!  Let's get on with it then! Say goodbye, bros!"

Neither Mondo, nor Taka said anything.  They didn't have to.

"Well, if neither of you have anything to say, follow me!  If anyone else tries to follow them out the door, you will be killed!"

Mondo and Taka walked out of the dining hall, slowly walking behind Monokuma.

"Hey, remember that time we had the sauna duel?" Asked Taka.

"Yeah.  That was pretty fun," laughed Mondo.

"You two are unbearable," said Monokuma, pressing a button on a remote control.  "Get out of here before I change my mind."

Mondo took Taka's hand, and they walked back into the world together.
