Prequel 2

Chara was ready to fight her way out of there, if she needed to. Then, to find Frisk and get out of this place, whatever it was. She thought that she was ready for everything that could open this door- humans,  monsters,hunting for human Souls, shadows... but she wasn't. She wasn't prepared for Alphys - one of the two scientists, who tried to bring her and Asriel back.
- How? How did you do it? Where are we? And where is Frisk?
- F-first get o-out of the m-machine - said the yellow dinosaur. Chara got out and found out that she was with a pair of  Frisk's clothes. - F-frisk have given you part of her D-determination. When she brought you here, you were f-fading. We attached you to the m-machine and Frisk agreed t-to help turn it o-on.
- Turn it on? - she questioned - What meams turn it on? What have you done and where is my partner?
- I, I tried to warn her but she was D-determined and we connected her S-soul to y-yours. S-she is in a c-coma. I a-am sorry.
-Coma? - the fallen human muttered as her world began to crumble, for third time in her life. - Let me see her, please!
They entered another room with huge monitors and control center. And... a bed. A bed with fourteen year old girl who seemed dead.
- What have you done!?  Why did you help her, Alphys? Why?!
Before Alphys could answer, the monitor turned red and loud, freezing noise drowned every sense from the girl, sitting next to the last person she couldn't save. Alphys ran to the control panel.
- She is in a c-critical condition. H-her time is running out! I'm sorry...I can't... I can't do a-anything... - cried the heartbroken doctor as she went to the door - I will l-let you s-say goodbye.
- Frisk! You idiot! I told you you are only going to die! Why did you have to save me? Don't you dear to leave me! - there was a loud, monotonous sound and a straight line appeared on the screen.
- Frisk, please! - cried Chara loudly- Wake up! Don't leave me behind! Reset! Do... something...

Frisk's Soul cracked...
