chapter 5:the academy.

Naruto had gone to the academy the next day only to find out that Sasuke Uchiha was furious because naruto had something he didn't. A summoning contract. Sasuke wanted that contract for himself and kept demanding the council to get it from him.
Naruto then said to Sasuke.

"I tell you what Uchiha. If you can defeat me in a fight.
I'll let you sign the contract I have. But be warned...if you die because the boss of the kaiju finds your unworthy...well don't say I didn't warn you. Your heart is filled with darkness.. your intentions for summoning the Kaiju impure..as long as you remain this way the Kaiju shall never accept you as a summoner. But by all means... please do your best to try. Hahahaha!!!."

Sasuke was furious!!!.how dare he laugh at Sasuke and accuse him of being selfish!!!.
Who was he to decide such a thing as that!!??. He knew nothing about what it's like to be compared to his brother!!!. Nobody did.
And yet he says that Sasuke would die at the hands of the boss summons!!!. He wasn't going to allow such a thing.
Sasuke then said.

"Fine..if all I have to do is beat you in a fight then I challenge you to a fight right now!!!. Unless your a coward???."

Naruto was many things but everyone knew better then to call him a coward. Calling naruto a coward was like saying the Uchiha clan never worked for anything a single day in their lives. Naruto just looked at Sasuke and said.

"No.. I'm not a coward here Uchiha... your the coward.
If you had any idea who the boss summons for the kaiju clan is...you wouldn't be alive right now. You would be his afternoon snack. Plus... your clan doesn't know what hard work really is. No wonder everyone calls your bloodline the thieves eye. You copy others hard work instead of doing it yourself. A shame really. I'd expected you to be more like your brother. Kind, humble, and smart. When really... your greedy, selfish, and power hungry. The Uchiha are and always will be arrogant. Sorry Uchiha not today.. maybe some other time."

All of the other students minus Sakura and ino laughed at Sasuke and kiba inuzuka said.

"Who's the loser now Uchiha???. Looks like your not able to get whatever you want after all huh???."

Sasuke grit his teeth and couldn't take the humiliation anymore so he decided to put an end to this and going through hand seals said.

"Fire style: fireball jutsu!!!."

The fireball went flying towards naruto who then spun his body in a 360° angle and said.

"Water style: heavenly rotation!!!."

The fireball collided with the chakra dome and was extinguished. Naruto then said.

"You know what uchiha.. that wasn't very smart of you to do. Because now I will enjoy beating you into the ground.
But not now...as I said. Some other time perhaps. Like say.. graduation day???. Until then. Stay away from me if you know what's good for you. Have a nice day Uchiha."

Naruto then walked away and back to Hinata to join her for lunch as soon as the bell rang. Kiba realized Long ago from Hinata that the reason they spent so much time with each other was because he was her protector. And he knew that no matter what...he wasn't getting anywhere close to Hinata without going through naruto. Who's gentle fist Taijutsu was more deadly then even neji hyuga's. So much to the point he had almost crippled neji in a sparring session to prove his point about fate and destiny being a lie. That if you tried hard enough you could decide your own fate and write your own destiny.
This realization happened when naruto challenged the hyuga clan elders to a match for getting rid of the Caged bird seal. They lost quite badly. And afterwards. Neji hyuga and the rest of the branch family were now treated as equals to the main house. Neji had finally gotten what he's always wanted. His freedom from the clan elders. Since then...he and hiashi's family relationship had grown stronger as uncle and nephew. And with it...his loyalties to naruto and Hinata. Hanabi. Hinata's little sister however. Was against this but couldn't do anything about it since it was a clan traditional law. The elders lost fair and square and the caged bird seal was now non existent. Changes were made to the clans laws and Hiashi had to admit. Naruto was right about one thing.

"A house United truly is stronger than a house divided."

Hiashi said to himself. As he realized just how much happier things were now that the branch house was no longer in servitude but equal to the main house. Since then their numbers rivaled the Uchiha clan. If you looked closely you would think that a miracle had happened. Well it certainly did and hinata's confidence grew because of it. When the Uchiha clan head Fugaku Uchiha found out that his son Sasuke Uchiha attacked naruto uzumaki namikaze.
The new clan heir to the uzumaki clan and namikaze clan. He knew that hiashi hyuga wasn't going to let that slide. Hiashi would demand that his son be punished for his actions and boy was he ever punished indeed. Sasuke then walked in the door as he saw his parents waiting for him on the living room sofa and said.

"Hey Mom. Dad. What's going on???."

Sasuke knew his parents were angry since their sharingan's were activated.
Whatever he did he was about to pay for it big time.
Mikoto then walked up to Sasuke and slapped him across the face as she looked at him and said.

"Why can't you be more like your brother Itachi and get ahold of your emotions!!??.
You disgrace the Uchiha clans name by attacking someone from another clan. The hyuga clan no less!!!. Your a real disappointment you know that???. Why the elders wanted you to be the next clan head is beyond me.
Don't go easy on him Fugaku or your sleeping on the couch tonight."

Mikoto then went to the kitchen to begin dinner as fugaku walked up to Sasuke and said.

"No matter what happens. Your never going to be as good as your brother Itachi.
He's a real genius. Sometimes I wonder if we made a mistake with you. No Uchiha in the history of our clan has ever attacked someone from another clan. Especially when it's the hyuga clan.
Are you trying to cause a war between the clans???. I have half a mind to disown and banish you to the branch house of the Uchiha clan.
But that wouldn't do you any good. Instead... I'm putting you on constant watch duty by your brother Itachi. He will ensure me that you aren't going to attack naruto uzumaki in any way shape or form. You must learn to control your temper Sasuke!!!. It will get you killed one of these days!!!.
*sigh*
I guess I'm the only one who is to blame for that. I've let the clan elders spoil you too much already. Mikoto. Assemble the clan council for a meeting. It's time we put our foot down and show them who is really in charge of the clan. This foolish idea for a rebellion ends now!!!."

And Mikoto said.

"Well it's about damn time you decided to put your foot down and take charge for once. I'm just wondering how you plan on doing it."

And fugaku said.

"I'm going to kill anyone of them who is dumb enough to challenge my authority as clan head. And those who follow them shall die as well.
Bring me shisui and Itachi.
I have a new assignment for them."

Sasuke didn't know it yet but he's just screwed up big time.
So much that he was about to find out what happens to people who attack someone from another clan. Adopted or otherwise. He just didn't know it yet but naruto has just become untouchable by everyone including the village council elders themselves.
