But instead of doing the things I thought he would do, he did something I did not see coming.
He just walked to the spot infront of me in the line.
Who the hell does he think he is?! Cutting off the line like that. He didn't even bother to ask if he could go before me! Maybe I'm overreacting but people, who do things like that, piss me off.
"Excuse me" I say while tapping his shoulder. He turns his face to me, looks me up and down and turns his head back, to it's original position.
Did he just ignore me?
"Excuse me, I was talking to you." now he completely turns around and looks me dead in the eye.
"What.do.you.want?" he spats.
"The beginning of the line is over there." I point to the end of the line. He glances up and looks at what I was pointing.
"So?" he replies, while looking back down at me.
Is he that stupid?
"Why are you standing here, while the beginning of the line is over there?" he looks at me like he thinks I am joking with him.
People around us start whispering and looking at our little scene that's about to start.
"Because I don't want to wait, I'm hungry."
"So am I, but I don't cut the line. I wait, like a decent person would do." I raise my voice a little. I am getting fed up with this guy.
His eyes widen at this.
"You're the new kid, right?" he suddenly asks. Why is he asking that?
"Yes, so?" I frown. He is smirking...... Why is he smirking?
"Then I'll let it go for this time, since you don't how it goes around here." he turns his body around, so that his back is facing me again.
"I don't care 'how it goes around here'. You're cutting the line and I don't appreciate that!" he jerks his body back around and takes a couple of steps towards me. Now he is standing only an inch away from me.
Too close for my liking.
Don't back down now, Megan!
"Just because people are so scared of you, that they shit in their pants when you are around, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want!!" I don't know where all this courage is coming from. Not at ALL. I would normally shit my pants, just like the rest.
I am a bit scared, though. There is a reason why these people are scared.... But I won't let it show.
"If you don't shut your mouth right now, you'll be sorry!" heavy breaths are leaving his mouth and his face is turning redder by the second. He definitly is pissed off right now, but I see an hint of surprise in his eyes.
"MAKE ME."
Ringggggggg!!!
Saved by the bell!! THANK GOD.
The dark haired boy infront of me groans, looks up for a second and looks back down at me. "Your a lucky girl, Megan." his smirk is back on his face again and I don't like it!
Wait, how does he know my name?!
He turns around and walks away. Leaving me alone in the kantine.
I start walking in a fast pace, to my next class. Maths.
