Part 5

Once everyone had eaten and done everything they had to they all went on there way all that was left was Kendall kris max and Kim they was all still sitting in the dinning room talking kris was speaking to Kendall to make sure how much time she wanted off from work and to make sure Kendall was feeling alright she also spoke to Kendall about going down to the police station to speak to them as the three men have been locked up they was all found unconscious by security max called them once she got you safe so the all Been caught and also it was all on cctv of what happened to you so all you need to do will give a statement then the police can deal with them

Kendall when do I have to go do it

Kris they said the sooner the better so that they can be locked up for what they did

Kendall I don't know mum I can't go there on my own knowing there in there two

Max you don't need to worry I will be there with you and will be giving my statement too so you don't need to be scared like you mum said they was three of them and I knocked them all out so your safe with me there I can take you and bring you back home after and maybe we can stop off for a nice lunch in the way back just you and me what you say

Kendall snuggles back into max for about 10 more mins before max tell Kendall to go and get ready Kendall tences at that but max tells her that she will be here when she done Kendall nods and heads off up to her room she jumps into a shower and once she done she puts on some jeans and she finds on of max t-shirts sticking out her bag so she swipe that and puts it on she then heads back down strait to the living room max was there waiting for her she smiles once she see Kendall pinched her shirts Kendall goes back over to max and sits next to her but still close max finish's her talk with kris then she say bye and her and Kendall make there way to max house once there max has a shower and throws on some jeans and a shirts with a snap back she make her way back to her living room where Kendall is she see Kendall sitting there and she smiles she really hope she can have Kendall here a lot more she want to make this her and Kendall home she falling hard and fast for the model and she will do anything for her she make her way over to her and puts her hand out Kendall grabs it and max pulls her up and they make there way to max lambo and head for the police station to make there statements all the way there Kendall had hold of max hand and was playing with her fingers she notice Kendall dose that a lot she thinks it sweet once at the station max get out the car and goes and opens the door for Kendall they make there way into the station

Max hi we are here to make statements about the attack on Kendall Jenner she here with me

Officer ok just hold for a moment while I go and grab the detective for you

Max ok thank you

With that max took Kendall over to sit down once max sat down she thought with them being in public that Kendall would sit next to her but she didn't she sat in max lap just like she has done since she left the hospital as they sat waiting Kendall snuggles into max more just as Kendall was starting to drop off to sleep the detective showed up

Detective hi am detective Kent am told your both here to make statements about miss Jenner attack

Max yes we but I really don't want to do this but can she have a female detective she really scared to be round men at moment as you can see

The detective look to see Kendall's whole body had tences up and she was pushing her self further into max

Detective that's not a problem I can go grab in for you now sorry about that we didn't know how she would be

Max ran her hand up and down Kendall's back until she started to relax more as she was doing it Kendall says thank you to max  all max did was kiss her head and kept rubbing her back until a female detective showed up she was in her 50s she walks over to them and smiles softly to them

Detective hi sorry about that would you like to follow me and we can take your statements we can do both together as I can see miss Jenner seems to feel safe with you

Max that fine and thank you yea she just still a little shaken up and she know the men are in here so she more scared

Detective well she safe from them there all in cells away from this area my names detective smith let's get  you into a room and take your statements

With that max get Kendall to stand up but Kendall still hold on tight to max hand as they walk in to the room with just the three of them in there and the door closed they all sit in there own seats so that the detective can sort out there statements she turns to Kendall

Smith ok Kendall can you start for the beginning and tell us what happened in the car park

Kendall looks to max who nods at her Kendall takes a deep breath before she looks to the detective before she starts speaking

Kendall I went to max fight with my sisters once the fight was over we started to make our way back to the car in the car park as we was walking I needed to use the bathroom so I told Kim and khloe to keep going and that I would meet them at the car once I use the bathroom I started to make my way to the car park as I stepped out of the lift there was three men standing near it I kept walking towards Kim and khloe as I went to turn the corner to go to the car one of the men grabbed me by my arm a spun me round and pushed me into the wall I asked him what he was doing and her just laughed and said taking what he wants I started to struggle with him but his two friends when to grab me but I started screaming and screaming he kept telling me to shut up and slapped me a few time but I wouldn't he went to put his hand over my mouth but I hit him and screamed again then after that it all went black

Detective ok Kendall is that everything

Kendall yea he was trying to grope me as well but other than that that's all

Smith ok Kendall thank you for that now max can you tell us what happened when you got there

Max after my fight I was making my way back to my car when I hear screaming I made my way to the screaming and once I saw three men had hold of one girls I made my way tot them but I could get there fast enough and one of them smacked her and she fell to the floor I kept moving towards the men and once I got there I knocked them all out and I went over to Kendall her head was bleeding so I took my top off and put it on her head I know she was there with her sisters so I picked her up and carried her to the car park once there I saw Kim so I told her what had happened we got into Kim's car and took Kendall to the hospital where she was out for nearly two day because her body was in shock and now she can sleep without have nightmare so I hope you can lock them up she can start to feel safe again

Smith we have both your statement and they match the cctv so they won't be going anywhere anytime soon so I really hope that will help you could recommend a councillor for you who deals with trama like this

Kendall I don't need it max makes me feel safe so I don't need the help

With that she goes and put there statement into evidence for the court case it should be quick one as it's a open and close case she grab the number and take it back to Kendall as she make her way back she notices that Kendall is back in max lap as they was sitting back in the waiting area near the front desk she sees how max is protecting kendall and how she make her feel safe she smiles at that it sweet to see young love even if they both don't know it get
