When Aj and Chris meet its like love at first sight, but what happens when the two are put on different paths because of grade level and career choices? Will they stick together or will their friendship and relationship be put to the test?
Aj I woke up and looked around after rubbing the sleep from my eyes. I looked over at Chris who slept next to me and my dad who slept on the little couch that they had in my room. I had to pee and I wanted to brush my teeth. I looked over and seen a wheelchair next to my bed. Like I'm finna use that. I stood up and grabbed the poll that had my IV connected to it and took a couple step to see if I could walk. I was okay at it so I carefully walked into the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror, my hair was in a horrible messy bun that my dad probably attempted to do.
I looked in the drawer and grabbed a soap bar, baby wipes, and a toothbrush. The nurse said I couldn't take a shower without assistance and I wasn't bout to let Chris or my dad help so I washed under my arms and everything with a towel and soap. Luckily there was a small brand new deodorant stick in the drawer, so I unwrapped it and used it.
I hated having any type of odor. I brushed my teeth and exited the bathroom. My dad and Chris were still asleep so I sat down. I looked over at the table beside me and seen my phone. I hadn't been on it last night because I didn't feel like responding to anything.
I powered it on and notifications flooded my phone. I clicked on the article by TMZ.
Los Angeles Lakers coach Dallas Slater, daughter was recently shot in the chest Friday night leaving a party following a basketball game. The young lady Ann Marie, also known as Aj to her family and friends, was riding with her well known friend August Alsina who is known for posting videos of him singing were pulled over by a local deputy. Fans say Aj went live during the incident and stepped out of the vehicle to record her friend who was being mistreated and when she stepped up to say something shots were fired. As seen on the video Alsina went to go help his friend, but was tackled and held at gunpoint by the officer. A fan, who also happened to be a cop patrolling the area was watching the live stream and allegedly rushed over to the scene once he had witnessed what happened. Authorities have not gave us any information on the well being of Aj or the any information on the officer involved but we wish the friends and family of Aj Slater the best.
I finished reading it and I continued to look at the other notification that I had. I had 93 unread messages, some from unknown numbers. I went to Instagram and check my notifications on there. I was mentioned by Anthony Davis, Curry, LeBron and some other players along with a couple NFL players too.
I scrolled through my post and seen a pic that tyga posed of us when we went to the party that night. I liked it and commented on it telling him that I loved him.

I replied to a couple of my teammates telling them I was okay and I posted a pic of me under Chris, smiling while he was asleep and thanked everyone for their concerns.
I got bored quickly, so I powered off my phone since I was getting five notifications a minute and I sat it down. I looked around and noticed the pack of markers and crayons next to me with the coloring books. The coloring book was kinda far and I couldn't reach it considering Chris's arms were wrapped around me. I traced the many tattoos on his arms with my finger and got an idea. I grabbed the markers and pulled out a purple.
