Live to die?

Sometimes we ask the question "do we just live to die." and today stokekly was asking that same question. Jahseh the love of his life, his one and only, his ride or die was shot today. He was shot in his neck, back, and shoulder. Jahseh was at the hospital clinging on to life but stokekly couldn't face Jahseh in the condition he was in. Stokekly knew he had to be there so he built up the strength to get in his car. He got into the car with tears down his face and drove to the Hospital where his first love laid. He walked in the Hospital and already knew where Jah's room was. He ran up to the room to see a crying Gazzy. He busted into the room to see a doctor pumping Jah's chest.
Doctor: SIR YOU CANT BE IN HERE!
He tried to run towards his lover but Gazzy pulled him back out the room. Gazzy held him into a tight hug.
Gazzy: he has to get surgery it's gonna be a long wait but I promise he will survive. But the baby won't.
He cried to stokekly and stokekly had a blank expression on his face. A tear ran down his eyes as he realized he was not dreaming but this was real life. He sat on the floor and rocked back and forth. He thought about all the memories him and Jah had and how they where so excited to have a baby. He never thought he could lose everything he ever hoped for in one moment.
A doctor walked out the room and sighed making stoke look up.
Doctor: he will be fine he just has to go into surgery to remove the bullets from his body. Unfortunately the baby did not make it. He's unconscious right now but you can go see him.
Stokekly got up and ran into the room to see Jah laying there peaceful and quiet. He ran over to him and cried into his chest. Gazzy rubbed his back.
Stoke can't believe what's happening to him . He's losing it all.
Stokekly: Jah! Baby! I'm sorry I should've went with you. Don't leave me now! I know it's hard but just don't leave me on this earth alone!!
He cried harder into Jah's chest. He doesn't know how to live without Jah.
Stokekly: Jahseh baby if you can hear me or if your awake squeeze my hand.
Stokekly felt a light squeeze on his hand and he looked down at Jah to see him blinking his eyes. Stokekly smiled at his lover but then
frowned now realizing that he almost lost his source of happiness. He also realized that he lost his baby. He lost a part of his DNA, his baby, and most importantly a part of himself. He looked down at Jah to see tears running down his face and he gently wiped them.
Stokekly: it will be alright my love. We are gonna work this out no matter what. I'm here for you till death do us part.
