Chapter Twelve

"TANZSHOW"

Sungyoung and her mother to a nearby restaurant to meet up with her boyfriend's parents.

"So have you finally told Sungjae about Edward?"her mother asked.

"Not yet, I still can't find a chance to tell him. It's either he's out practicing with his friends or sleeping in his room."Sungyoung explained.

"Well your brother will understand, and sooner or later you would get married and we both know Sungjae would be really happy for you."her mother exclaimed which only made her smile.

"Yeah. I know. I should go to the ladies room, before Edward comes."She excused herself.

Edward has arrived a few minutes later, as they celebrated their relationship with their mother.

"Where's Sungjae and your Dad?"Edward asked, the Yook family are bilingual. English was already a familiar language to them aside from Korean, Sungjae was the only Trilingual since he could speak Japanese fluently but aside that he could just understand a few words in other languages.

"Dad is on a business trip in the US, while my brother is doing his practice for school activities with his friends."Sungyoung explained.

"School Activities?"he asked curious. Mrs. Yook decided to answer him.

"He's part of a dance group and they are competing in a school dance show."she exclaimed which made the foreign fellow nod.

"That's great. It's kind of sad that I couldn't meet then today, but I'll make sure to clear up my schedules when they are both free and we all can have dinner together."Edward states making the two ladies to agree.

"I hope you're ready to meet them."Sungyoung tried to make it sound like a dare which made Edward curious.

"Why? Are they strict or something?"he asked which only made the two ladies to burst out laughing.

"Strict? I don't know, you judge. But all I can say is they are someone you've never imagine to be. Hahaha."Sungyoung exclaimed as they continue their previous conversation and ate their meals.

After the wonderful dinner, Edward had to apologize for leaving earlier since he was catching his flight back to Canada for a business meeting. Edward is a newly hired Engineer of a Foreign Company, he's either assigned in the US, Korea, Paris and Canada. But he's often in Korea since that's where Sungyoung is, he just manage his schedules very well so that he wouldn't miss having time with her which is what she likes about him.

Sungyoung and her Mom decided to just grab a cab since it was getting late and they didn't want to disturb Sungjae just to pick them up. While waiting they came across two Foreign people.

"Excusez-moi, pouvez-vous parler francais?"  (Excuse me, can you speak French?) the lady with dark blue hair said. Startling the two ladies.

"Pardon? Can you speak English? We can't speak French."Sungyoung responded making the two foreigners to look really helpless.
