Months Later...
"Alright Ms.Knowles when I count to three I want you to push" the doctor said
I nodded my head in agreement
"1...2...3! Push" he yelled
I pushed with all my might, I accidentally farted. I heard Dezmond laugh.
I squeezed his hand hard and he shut the fuck up.
"It's okay, now push" he said
I pushed harder.
"Shit! " the doctor said lowly
"What's wrong!?"I yelled
"The legs is out first. " he yelled back
I started to cry.
"Look Justice we can work this out. Push gently" he said
I slowly pushed my baby out of me .
The doctor said smiling and saying 'Yes!'
"We got her"
They cleaned my beautiful baby and weighed her and made sure she was healthy.
"Here is you're beautiful baby girl" the nurse said handing me my baby girl.
Soon, my family flooded through the room.
"Oh my goodness she's adorable!" Jeorgia screetched
"What's her name?" Dezmond mom cooed
"Syn'cere Miracle Knowles" I said
"Why can't she have my last name too?" Dezmond asked
"Why does it matter?" I asked
"It matters a lot! It's my baby too!" He yelled
"Stop allat damn yelling." His mom said
He kissed his teeth and she slapped him at the back of his head. He walked out the room mad? I guess?
"He'll get over it" his father said
"Can I hold her?" Justin asked
I handed Syn'cere to him carefully, he sat down and rocked her back and forward. I seen him crying
"Damn I miss Miracle." He said wiping away his tears
I sighed
"I miss my baby girl too. She's in a much better place" I said
"Congratulations baby" my daddy said kissing my forehead
He took out a box out of his pocket. He opened it and it was a diamond bracelet, with my name engraved in it.
"Thank you daddy" I said hugging him
"Daddy's girl" I heard Dezmond mama say
"Always will be" I said putting my bracelet on
Everyone stay until visiting hour was over . Dezmond still hasn't came back. I just hope he isn't doing anything he isn't suppose to...

The Next Morning
"Goodmorning mama's baby" I cooed as I changed Syn'cere pamper
She slightly smiled at me.
I heard a knock on my door .
"Come in" I said
The doctor walked in with a smile on his face
"Good Ms.Knowles how are you feeling?" He asked
"I'm tired, but I'm doing fine. Can I ask you a question?"
"Sure"
"Can I change the baby's last name it Knowles-Jonhston." I asked
"Yes yes. " he said writing down something
"Do you need anything? Pain killers? Water? Food?" He asked
"No thank you" I smiled
"Okay well, I'll be back later " he said walking out
A few minutes later Dezmond walked in with Jr.
"Mommy!" He yelled while running to me.
"Hey baby, want to see you're little sister?" I asked
"Yes!!" He yelled in excitement
I picked up Syn'cere from her incubator and held her in my hands
"Mommy she's pretty, just like you" he said
He kissed her nose and she start smiling in her sleep
"I'm going to beat up every boy that hurt her. I promise" he said
I smiled widely and kissed his cheek.
"Mommy I bought you some chocolate" he said giving me a heart shaped box of chocolate
"Thank you baby!" I exclaimed
He got down and start to play on my phone.
"Dezmond" I said
He ignored me
"Dezmond" I said again
He was looking out the window
"Dezmond Archie Johnston!" I yelled
"Huh?... Wassup?" He asked
"What's wrong with you ? Are you still mad?" I asked
"Na, I'm chilling" he said
"Look at m-" I was cut off by Mrs.Johnston
"Hey babies. Did I come in at the wrong time?" She asked
"Mama can you take Jr in the waiting room while I talk to Dezmond?"
She nodded her head and grabbed Jr hand . When she closed the door, I carefully placed Syn'cere in the incubator and folded my arms
"What did you do?" I asked
"What are you talking about?" He said avoiding eye contact
"Look at me when I'm talking to you. Look me in my eyes" I said
He looked me in my eyes... His eyes showed sympathy and apologetic .
"What did you Dezmond?" I asked
"I'm sorry Justice. It was out of anger" he said lowly
"What did you do?" I asked
"I cheated... I got head and fucked" he mumbled
"How the fuck it was out of anger?! Dezmond Johnston!" I yelled
"Did you think about me Jr or Syn'cere!? It was over a fucking last name! You know what get the fuck out" I said with tears rolling down my face
"That's why I have trust issues! Same bullshit happened in my marriage. Just get the fuck out. I changed her last name to Knowles-Johnston, just to make you happy." I said wiping my tears
"I'm sor-"
"I don't want to fucking hear it Dezmond, I'm tired of hear sorry. Everyone always apologizing, y'all never think of anybody feelings" I yelled
"Get out!" I yelled
He sighed and walked out the room .
