During the start of the clone wars the legion fought under Jedi general Takisabi who was one of the rarest Jedi to wear armor that belonged to the Akiri'ken People. Which his people joined the Separatists. But he remind loyal to the republic. He treated his clones with absolute respect and kindness and was a warrior to the core. And was compassionate to those who were wounded in the battlefield. And a great military commander. He lead his legion to the most brutal battles of the clone wars and while they were no 501s nor the galactic marines nor were they the 212th battalion. They were still considered the best fighting force of the republic had to offer. As they suffered more casualties more then any other clone legion.

The clone legion fought in the battle of the 13 Worlds with the Akiri'ken Separatists strongest defense was at. Eight moon bases. Three Medium living worlds also used for defense. And of course their main large Homeworld. These worlds were very close to each other. So it made it seriously difficult for republic forces to take since it was heavily defended worlds. Admiral Radama and Jedi general Takisabi both agreed that taking these worlds will prove to be quite possible for them to take. And for the next year after suffering so many casualties that the legion was down to just 50 men left. But they managed to defeat the Akiri'ken Separatists and their Droid factories. Takisabi and admiral Radama did the impossible. The next year later. The legion gathered their former strength.
Order 66 During order 66. The legion did what other clone legions and battalions did. They killed their own Jedi generals. But Havik was with his Jedi general alone. Takisabi sensed what was happening. And instead of killing his close friend he used the force to knock him out entirely. And escape the world of Mikado from his clone legion. After the order 66 and Separatists holdouts were destroyed. The legion merged with the 501s and were only remembered as 501s clones and not 990 clones. Although all clones went though the same thing. During the rise of the empire. Commander Javik who served his Jedi general Loyally. Refused to execute order 66 and went into hiding. Never to be seen again.
