Draco One Shots

Unknown Adventure Part 1

I open my eyes suddenly at the breakfast table, I almost fell asleep when I heard it again. A voice that I can't make out what they are saying. I try to ignore it. I feel arms go around me and I jump a little. Before I get too into this let me start with information that has happened and my story. My name is Melanie Potter, yes the Melanie Potter, the girl that lived with her twin brother Harry Potter. I'm in Hufflepuff, I'm kind but I will be mean when I have to. I have been friends with the my brother's friends. I even helped them last year in our first year with the evil happening then and me and Harry defeated Professor Quirrell who turned out to be sharing a body with Voldemort. During all this, I have been somehow friends with Draco. I managed to keep things ok with Draco and the golden trio. When me and the golden trio were found I was not awake and badly hurt. It caused all the fighting between Draco and the golden trio stop because they realized it was dumb. When I woke up Draco immediately hugged me, he even admitted he loves me and he was scared to lose me. I told him I love him too and it'll be hard to lose me. The last most important thing to know about me is I'm special, I was born with ice and snow powers. No one knows why, some say it's a curse but i think it's a blessing and it kept me from being treated badly by my uncle, aunt, and cousin. Back to the story, I jump a little when I feel arms around me. "hey it's ok, it's just me" I hear Draco say as he sits next to me. We're sitting at the Gryffindor table with the golden trio. "are you still not sleeping well?" Harry asks me. I nod my head yes and Draco looks concern. "what's wrong?' Draco asks. "I'm not sure, I just can't sleep" I say. "well tonight you'll be in my room then, maybe i can help" Draco says. "ok" I say before Harry can protest and Hermione kicked his leg before he could too. Later that night I was able to go to Draco's room and we started to sleep. I was finally able to sleep until I heard the voice again. I try to ignore it but it keeps waking me up. I carefully get up and get out of  the room and into the halls of Hogwarts. "I can hear you but I won't some look for trouble while others don't there's a thousand reasons I should go about my day" I start to sing and look at the Slytherin dormitory not knowing Draco is on the other side. "and ignore your wishes which i wish would go away, oh whoa" I sing as I face the hallway. "you're not a voice, you're just a ringing in my ear and if i heard you, which I don't, I'm spoken for I fear" I sing as I walk and not notice Draco sneakily follow me. "Everyone I've ever loved is here within these walls I'm sorry, secret siren, but I'm blocking out your calls, I've had my adventure I don't need something new I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you" I sing as I start to walk outside. "into the unknown into the unknown into the unknown" I sing and I hear the voice again. "what do you want? cause you've been keeping me awake are you here to distract me so i make a big mistake?" I sing and I look down at my hands. "or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me? Who knows deep down I'm not where I'm meant to be? Every day's a little harder as I feel my power grow don't you know there's a part of me that longs to go into the unknown into the unknown into the unknown" I sing. I hear the voice again, and Draco is still secretly watching with concern. "are you out there? Do you know me? can you feel me? can you show me? oh" I sing. Five times I sing ohs after it talks and there has been a little light near me and I quickly follow it to the lake. "where are you going? don't leave me alone how do i follow you into the unknown?" I sing as I watch the light disappears. I finally notice Draco nearby and he seems concerned and shocked. "I'm not sure what the light was, I feel like it's been calling me, I keep hearing someone call for me, I'm not sure where they're at or why, it's why I can't sleep" I say to Draco. He seems to understand me and he hugs me. "we will find out one day, me and the golden trio will help you and we will find out what is keep calling you" Draco says and I smile. We walk inside again, holding hands, not knowing what our future will hold.
