Josie: "So no calls, no texts, hell no letters, and you just show up here?"
Penelope: "Wow...I thought you'd be a bit more happy to see me..."
Josie: "Well, it's not that i'm not happy, i'm just really confused why you're here"
Penelope: "I have been going to that all witches school in Belgium for years now and even thought i've gotten away from all the vampires, the werewolves, and lizzie, I have felt different, and not in a good way. It took four years, but I realized going to a new school, with new people, without, didn't help me become happy. It gave me a distraction to what I truly wanted, you."
Josie: "So you came back, all he way to Mystic Falls, for me."
Penelope: "Obviously. I shouldn't have left. I realize that now. Even though i wanted so badly to stay tho you have me so many reasons to leave, I needed to come back. It took a few months, but I finally convinced my mom to let me come back."

Josie stared at her. Mesmerized. They began walking together down the hallway towards their rooms while they talked. (Penelope's old room was right next to Jo and Lizzie's).

Josie: "I just still don't get it. You were gone for four years and didn't even send me as much as a text, but this whole time you missed me. You're whole life changed when you moved. You started a new life in a new school with new friends and possibly new relationships!? On another side of the planet. You adapted there, yet you came back."
Penelope: "Somtimes you have to make a sacrifice for the period you love."

They both paused from their step and looked at each other.

Penelope: "Josette Saltzman I didn't just come back because I missed you, I came back because I'm in love with you."

Josie began loosing sight with the tears blocking her eyes. She was in disbelief. She didn't realize until now, but she was in love with Penelope as well. She had been gone for so long, she forgot it, but Penelope's leaving caused her to become madly attached to her and missed her dearly. Penelope wiped off the tears from Josies face and and took her hands.

Josie: "I love you too. I guess you leaving made me forget, but I do love you. And you leaving, that killed me."

They both showed a faded smirk at each other and stared at each other in the eyes, knowing exactly what they wanted next. Jo began kissing Penelope in the hallway, and they took it into Jo's room.

Josie: "Phesmatos motis"

The door shut behind the girls.
