You, were once a pawn of Salem. But, ever since Beacon, you have hidden away from, her, your friends you made at Beacon including team RWBY and team JNPR and the one you had a crush on. Unlike Cinder, Mercury and Emerald, you didn't go back. In fact, you refused to go back. Mainly out of fear and conflicted feelings. but that was months ago. Now, you were in Atlas, during a Grimm invasion and General Ironwood has told the world about Salem and you were even more terrified when you heard that Watts and Tyrian were here as well.
Of course Tyrian found you and you barely able to escape but he got you in the side
(Y/n)'s p.o.v.
"HEY WHERE YOU GOING THE SHELTERS ARE THE OTHER WAY!" I heard a familiar voice shout at me.
I turned around, holding my side and saw Yang, with a robotic arm. She seemed to recognize me to as her hair lit fire and her eyes turned red.
"YOU!" She shouted as she started to charge at me.
"Y-yang calm down" I said dodging her punch, "I don't want to fight you."
"WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE TAKING PART IN THE FALL OF BEACON!" She shouted.
"I'M NOT- GAH!" I shouted as she punched me to a wall.
"Yang what's going on?" Blake came running over to ask but saw me and pulled out her weapons.
"Please, you have to believe me, I've changed sides since then." I said getting up, holding my stomach, "I've made friends there that I've grown found of."
"And yet you seemed to betray those friends." Yang spat.
"I.. I know." I said looking down, "I regret working with them. If I could go back in time to try and prevent this from all happening I would."
"Why should we believe you?" Blake asked.
"Because, I'm a dead man if I were to go back...." I said.
"Then, why did you run back to her then?" Yang asked, "To Salem."
"I didn't, I came here as a stow away." I replied, "N-neo's from here and I thought she might be here...."
This only got Yang even more pissed.
"AND YET YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE ENEMY!" She shouted.
"Yang," Blake put a hand on her shoulder before turning to me, "Its because you love her isn't it?"
I nodded, "I want to try to convince her to come to the other side."
(Neo's p.o.v.)
I was walking around town looking for the farm boy when I heard shouting.
"AND YET YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE ENEMY!" I heard that blond bimbo shout.
I smirked as I was about to go make my way and say a hello with my fist to her blade
"Yang," I heard the cat faunas say, "Its because you love her isn't it?"
I stopped when I heard that. I turned the corner and saw (y/n) and my face lit up with a smile knowing that he's ok. I quickly hid behind the corner so they wont see me.
"I want to try to convince her to come to the other side." he said, "Plus, cinder's hiding the truth from her."
"What's that?" Yang asked
"It was Cinders fault that Romans dead." I said, "Don't get me wrong, kinda glad he is, but I have a feeling Cinders putting the blame on your sister."
"How was it.... never mind it was the fall of beacon so" The cat faunas said, before her ears twitched, "Who's there?"
I tensed up when she shouted me. I hesitantly revealed myself.
"Neo?" (y/n) asked.
I smiled slightly and waved. Yang stormed towards me. Before I could do anything, she grabbed my arm and dragged me over to (y/n) and threw me in his arms making us both a blushing mess.
"There you found her, now can you help defeat this grim and defeat Salem?" Yang asked.
"But, Salem can't be destroyed." Blake said.
"There... there is a way." I said, "But with that bitch being the fall maiden, it might be a little more difficult."
"Well, well, well, if it isn't the little coward." I felt (y/n) tense up and begin shaking as Cinder came into the picture, "Good work on finding him Neo, now kill him."
I glared at Cinder and shook my head no.
"What was that?" She asked with a growl.
I just crossed my arms as I leaned against the wall.
Yang and Blake got in front of us with their weapons.
"Neo... I don't completely trust you.... or (y/n) yet, but get him out of here." Yang said
I smirked doing one better as I waited for Cinder to attack which she did. As soon as she did, I activated my semblance and we were now in one of the shelters.
"How did we get here?" Yang asked.
"That's part of Neos semblance, not only can she disguise herself as anyone, but she can also use it to trick her enemies so when the attack we disappear. with out a scratch." (y/n) said.
"Thats... handy." Blake said, "Thanks."
I nodded as I saw (y/n) collapse on the ground. I panicked and kneeled to him and saw that he was cut and it was turning purple.
"Is there a doctor here!?" Yang shouted as she did the same
"I'm a doctor" A person shouted.
"Well you're a nerd" Yang shouted,

"I'm a doctor what's the matter?" A girl came over.
"He's been poisoned I think." Yang replied as I held (y/n)'s head on my lap hoping that he'll be fine.
~time skip (y/n)'s p.o.v.~
I woke up groaning in pain sitting up slightly. I looked around and saw that I was in some sort of make shift infirmary or something. I also saw Neo, sitting next to the bed I was in with her head in my lap asleep. I chuckled as I gently poked her cheek to wake her up which seemed to fail as she just slapped herself still sleeping.
"Oh, hey your up." A girl in a doctors out fit came in, "How you feeling?"
"Like shit." I replied causing her to chuckle
"Yeah, that's to be expected for being poisoned, your friend here was very worried so were your other friends." She said, "I'll go get them."
I nodded as she left. When she did Neo finally decided to wake up. She looked around before landing on me. Her eyes widened as she hugged me tightly getting in bed with me.
"Hey there you two?" Yang said walking in. "How you holding up?"
"Better now, though I think I might die of suffocation if Neo doesn't loosen her grip anytime soon" I said only to get a no for an answer.
"Well you two have a lot to catch up on, so we'll be on our way." Yang said walking off.
"Neo, you ok?" I asked.
She looked up at me, her eyes red from crying as she just pouted slightly.
"I'll take that as a no, I think I know how to fix that," I said, causing her to look at me curiously.
I smiled and pulled her into a kiss causing her to tense up before melitng into the kiss.
"I love you neo, always have when we were the bad guys." I said, "Lets start our lives as good guys together"
