After having the boys help carry up Mahogany and I's suitcases to our shared room I fall back on my bed with a loud sigh.
"We have a week to explore and prepare, you ready Bells?" I hear Mahogany's voice from the bathroom before seeing her head peek out from behind the door, her face clean of makeup.
"I say we go shop tomorrow, get a feel for New York, maybe get some props?" I suggest as I rest my palms beneath my head.
"See this is why we're friends, you just read my mind." She grins brightly as she walks out towards her bed and plops down.
Laughing lightly I sit up, my fingers combing through my hair as I speak. "Hey I'm gonna go get a soda and some snacks, want anything?"
"The usual." She says as she turn on the television and flips through the channels.
Simply nodding my head I grab my wallet before walking out, making sure I had the key card. As I walked down the hall my phone vibrated in my hand.
UNKNOWN NUMBER: hey princess, want to hang out?
Only one person calls me princess, Cameron. Guess he didn't add himself.
I quickly stop to add him as a contact under "Jaw Line That Kills" before replying.
ME: yeah, meet me by the vending machine on my floor, bring snacks, we'll have a movie marathon with Mah.
After I finish typing I continue on my way to the vending machines. Before I punch in the numbers I feel someone's arms wrap around my shoulders and I jump slightly, my body turning to face the stranger.
"Holy gosh Cameron, you almost gave me a heart attack!" Gently slapping his chest I nudge him with my hip before I finish punching in the codes, watching the food drop, my drinks already in hand.
"I'm sorry Bell, but hey, I ordered pizza and I have movies." He moves his hands and holds up the few movies he had.
"Oh great!" I say happily, a bright smile playing on my lips as I hold all of the snacks in my arms.
"Need some help there?" He raises his eyebrows as a teasing grin tugs on his lips.
"No no I've got it, just get the key from my wallet to open the door." I say as I hand over my wallet.
Leading him over in the direction of my room he rummages through my wallet before he takes out the key and slides it through the lock before gently pushing it open.
"Ladies first." He says as he gestures for me to enter.
"Why thank you." With a nod of my head I walk in with Cameron following. As he closes the door I set Mahogany's things on her bed.
"Hey Mah, I brought some stranger, hope you don't mind." I joke before Cameron steps up, his hand clutching dramatically at his chest.
"Ouch, that hurt princess." He jokes before falling back onto my bed.
"Oh great, he's dead. Were are we going to hide this one?" Mahogany jokes before throwing a pillow at Cameron.
"I was thinking on top of a billboard, or maybe we can chop him up and feed him to rats?" I suggest before seating myself beside Cameron, my index finger poking at his chest.
Seeing him crack a smile he speaks. "Geez, you guys are rude."
Glancing at the screen I move my palm back to my lap before noticing that Ed Sheeran was on the screen.
"Ugh his voice kills me." I murmur before gently pushing Cameron over so I could lay down. "And whenever Shawn covers him I swear to god I die a little because they both slay my life."
Hearing Cameron chuckle besides me I give him a gentle nudge with my elbow.
"Sh, I think the pizza guy is here." I murmur as I hear a knocking. "Go get it Cam."
Watching as he stands up I push myself to sit and Mahogany follows suit, both of us with bright smiles.
After hearing the door close I spot Cameron with a large box as he makes his way back to my bed.
"I can already tell we're going to get along." Mahogany says as she gets up and watches as Cameron lifts the top to the box, all of our smiles growing.
After we finished the pizza the box laid on the ground, the three of us sprawled out around it. My head was rested against Cameron's lap as he rested his back against my bed, Mahogany was sprawled out across from us.
"I think I'm going to pop." I groan out as I slowly open my eyes, the only light in the room coming from the television.
"Aren't the boys going to get worried about you?" Mahogany half whispers as she checks the time on her phone.
"I told them I'd be here for the night, we all want to spend a night with you guys alone so we can get to know you." He replied nonchalantly.
"That sounds chaotic." I replied with a huff.
I didn't really like that idea, it just sounded straight up weird to me.
"You'll get used to the chaos." He replied as his fingers smoothed through my hair.
"I need the bed." I huffed my arms crossing over my chest.
"Come on then lazy butt." Cameron murmured as he gently lifted my head off of his lap before standing up.
With a huff I stand up before moving myself onto my bed, Cameron laying by my feet with a spare blanket.
"I think I'm calling it a night." Mahogany said groggily before soft snores emitted her lips.
Laughing lightly I tug a blanket over my body.
"So Arabella, how old are you?" I hear Cameron ask from the end of my bed.
"I'll turn seventeen in about three weeks." I replied with a nod.
"And where are you from?"
"Los Angeles."
"How'd you end up here?"
"Same as you, I have a pretty face, a Vine and a YouTube account and people think I'm funny."
"We'll I'm glad you're here because I know we're going to be good friends, princess, I just know it." And those where the last words I heard before drifting off to sleep.
