↳ 𝐭𝐚𝐞𝐡𝐲𝐮𝐧𝐠 

sat before jungkook, an empty bottle of wine rested in his grip as he gazed up at the sky. he connected to the dark sky night, empty of any starts yet still glowing so stunningly.

the night curled around taehyung, feeding him like the alcohol that buzzed him, brushed by the midnight wind his gaze moved to jungkook in front of him.

the tiny boy was also lost in a view of his own, yet still looking at the same dark sky as tae did. his chocolate brown eyes were drooped and pale in the night, even without it being completely dark out. he seemed lost, dead even as he stared intensely yet so softly at the galaxies ahead. 

taehyung grew curious as he watched the boy who focused so long on the view ahead. what was he thinking? was he thinking? what has this wound done to him, and how big.. was it? though tae knew. he knew just how heart shattering his wound was, it was just a matter of fighting his reflex to deny it. 

the silence wasn't an elephant but instead a monster. clawing at taehyung's mind, questions bouncing off of the walls of his mind, he knew what to say yet he had absolutely no idea how to speak.. but jungkook would rather have an answer than silence he knew that.. he knew that. so he opened his mouth to speak but-..

"you broke me.. you tattered my heart and made me lose everything. i blame it on myself.. my love for you, but i know damn well that it was all your fault.

like the ocean, you looked at me and came so close but pulled back further every time.

on purpose taehyung. you.. mocked me silently behind that smile."

he was too late.

"how could i not see you had so much more? how did.. i let myself get so convinced tae? am i stupid?.. or are you really the monster?"

and then was when the silence really settled.
