Recap-

"Lenna what's happening."

"Run. They want to mate. Let me out and run. This is not how it's supposed to be!"

Lenna took over in my confusion and my body tore through my dress and shifted into my small black wolf. And next I knew we took off running back through the door we came in and out into the woods.

"Lenna there's two of them. We can't outrun them."

"I will not let you be mated  in the middle of a crowded ballroom!" Lenna growled throughout my mind as she pushed harder to get us away

Yelling and snarls from the ballroom could be heard as we raced into the forest. Soon the soft thunder of paws hitting the ground could be heard behind us. I could feel their power grow stronger and I know running away was no longer going to happen.

"Lenna..." I said softly "it's time to stop"

"If they try anything. I will bite. Hard."

Lenna gave me control back and I immediately came to a stop. The two Alphas went soaring past me not expecting me to stop anytime soon. I laid on my stomach as low as I could to the wet leaves that covered the ground.

The Alphas circled me, expecting me to start running again, growling letting me know they were done with games. The sounds of bones popping on my left and my right had me shutting my eyes right not wanting to see how angry they would be.

"Little One I suggest you shift before we get any angrier." The twin on my left said

"She will want clothes, Jackson. And I'm sure she would like us to have clothes on as well." The twin on my right chuckled tossing shorts to his brother

A shirt was placed next to my nose and the two Alphas turned their backs to me so I could change in private. My bones popped and my fur slowly disappeared as I changed back to myself slipping the shirt over my head.

"We could still run." Lenna's smart remarks echoed inside my mind as I ignored her

"What's your name kitten?" One of them asked

"Charlotte." I mumbled with my head bowed refusing to look up at them

"Little Wolf you didn't need to run from us," the other one said closing the gap between us and kneeling down "we wouldn't have hurt you."

"It was my wolf. She didn't want to be mated in a room full of strangers. I'm sorry we ran." I replied with my eyes still trained to the ground

"Look at us." They said in unison

My head snapped up not being able to resist the power in the combined voices.

"Mate" they said again their eyes glowing vibrantly
