Chapter 3: "Escape Route Part 1."

Jaiden's p.o.v.

Where am i? Whats going on? Why am i talking to myself? Ive lost it,i have officially lost it. I said to myself as a big white/blue light came on above me. OMG! Am i dieing!? Then a shadowy figure approached me,then his face came into the light. Zayn? "Hi,darling. We have some news for you." he said in his amazingly hot accent. Oh,stop it Jaiden,stop it! i yelled in my mind. "Um,well we have been tracking you down for a couple years now,and we took a sample of ur blood while u were asleep,and you have very strange blood in you my dear...very strange." he said folding his hands together. "Rob!" he yelled snapping his fingers. "Yes sir." the man in blue said as he approached,Zayn at his left side. "Get that duck tape of her...and....be easy." he said. easy? why? Rob approached me and slowly took the tape off my mouth. "Where am i? why am i here? whats going on?" i started to scream as soon as the tape came off. "Shh...no need to be afraid my dear." he said as he put his index finger on my puckered red lips. "Just breathe....this will be over soon," he said. "What will?" i asked. "Oh we are just gonna inject you with,some truth serum,and your going to tell us everything you seen that night,that ur mother got pushed down the stairs Jaiden." he said softly,with a little anger in it. "Oh, but she wasnt pushed. She just tripped." i said,"Well,we will found out the truth soon enough." he said as Rob handed him the needle and everything faded away.

"So, what exactly happened?" he asked as i swayed back and forth in my chair,my hands still tied,bloody and bruise from where i tried to pull them loose. "Um, i heard my mother screaming so i went to check on her,and there she was,laying at the bottom." i said trying not to slip out too much information. "What did ur mother tell you?" he asked as he took notes on what i just said. "Um, she told me that she felt like two pairs of hands put a giant force,on her back and she felt like she had been pushed." i said as i fumbled with my thumbs as Rob,his partner took notes. "OK,so did she see anything before she was...pushed?" he asked sitting up in his chair. "No,just a black shadowy figure." i said. Oh no! i wasnt suppose to tell anyone that! "A black shadowy figure,alright,now Rob take her to her padded cell,and we will deal with her tomorrow." he said as Rob untied my from the chair,quickly tied my hands back together,and dragged me into the room next to, i guess,Zayn's desk. "Wait!!" i screamed but Rob didnt answer and just shut me up in there. Cold....& alone....
