Akame and the group were carrying the injured Sasuke and Naruto back into the village as Sakura was happy that they got Sasuke back but Akame looked worried for Naruto. Over the time she was with them she had developt feelings for him and she wanted to tell him after his mission.
A few days later Naruto wakes up in the hospital as he gets up and says "what happened where am I" that's when he sees Akame near his bed asleep. He smiles and rubs her head saying "hey Akame wake up" Akame wakes up and sees Naruto as she smiles and gives him a hug saying "I'm so glad your awake". Naruto starts blushing bit and hugs her back "what happened last I remember was" his eyes was wide open as he says "Akame your alright I thought you died". Akame blushed and said "it was thanks to that pink hair girl that I'm still alive" Naruto smiles and says "I'm glad". The room was silent for a few minutes until Akame says "Naruto I love you" Naruto starts smiling and says "I love you to Akame". They both start getting closer to each other ready to kiss each other until Sakura opens the door and says "Naruto Sasuke is..." she sees both of them as she gets angry and says "NARUTO HOW DARE YOU USE AKAME LIKE THIS" she hits him in the head knocking him out.
