Yo! Eb, come join this party I'm hosting at my place!
My best friends boyfriend, Jake, likes to invite me to party's he throws. Well, they aren't party's.. they are like Friday pizza nights.
He lives in an apartment. Unfortunately, I live in a completely different apartment complex, so I can't just walk down the hallway. I'm not a "YouTuber".
You also might be thinking, " Ebony, who's this bestfriend if yours..?"

"Come on... just a little more.. please?" Tara practically begged.
"Fine, because I love you and you are short, you can apply more makeup and do my hair," I reply.
She screeches, causing me to cover my ears.
Even tho this isn't a huge party, she's still taking it like it is.
She holds out a black dress with small straps. Eh, small straps. I already hate.
She adds some flats, no pumps. Thank god. She knows how much I hate dressing up.
I never really do anything at these party's, normally I just sit in the corner or hanging out with Tara.
Tara applies a small amount of makeup, and curl the ends of my black hair.
I looked in the mirror. Wow. Not trying to be cocky or anything, but I look amazing.

At jakes apartment.
We knock on the door. The stupid knock combo Jake told us to use, so he can feel "special".
Kevin opens the door, and moves over to let us in.
I notice some familiar faces, Xepher, Sam, Griffin and of course, Jake.
Tara ran over where Jake was -on the couch- and I just sat at the island in the kitchen.
Hunched over. Scrolling through Instagram.
Communications spread across the room. It's a pretty small apartment so I can hear what others say if they are across the room.
I get up to go to the bathroom. As I get up a male figure brushes past me, causing him to spill a drink on the floor.
"Oh, I'm sorry." I say, causing my eyebrows to raise. Man my voice is soo annoying.
"Oh, it's completely fine." The male voice says, grabbing a paper towel.
I walk to the bathroom to do my business.
