A- When I am upset I usually work out or tend to think about things that have happened to me before that may have gotten me to a bad point, when I'm sad I usually think of multiple things that I enjoy and can make me laugh such as watching funny meme videos, to sometimes just listening to music, honestly ever since a certain event happened I've always had one goal in mind for the rest of my life, become someone that everyone can look up to and smile, someone that no matter the citation they can be relieved and happy, that's what I want to be I want to be someone who reinforced there own spirit but one who also reinforces the ones around him, I can't see people be harmed because I wasn't strong enough to be there, that's why I'll always keep striving to be the best person I can be no matter what!
