In my youth, over half a decade ago, a great battle took place, the fight for the universe, the darkest battle in the history of men and gods. I will do my best to record the events, though I only have scattered information.
Mist set through the frozen hills, a calm stream trickled down the largest slope. The sound of thunder rang through the icy caverns. Down a steep cliff, an ocean laid there half frozen. A Viking ship, with ice blue sails cut through the sheets of ice toward the rocky shore. The head of the mast a gleaming golden dragon head. Along the sides of the ship, shields hung as protection. The yells of the captain echoed through the vast mountain range. The ship sailed toward a sandy shore. When the ship hit land, the crew pulled it up onto the beach. They tied the ship down; with the rising water they would need it.
They descended into a deep valley. There weapons drawn, they were swallowed through the icy mist. They travel through the mist for hours. When the emerged on the other side, they found the body of a giant scaled creature, it was a dragon. It was already dead. Smoke from several camp fires rose 300 metres ahead of them, in the forest. The leader of the group, a large man with great muscle and a gleaming golden helmet, large horns curving back, ordered 4 men to go and investigate the smokes.
Minutes later only one came back, he was sprinting, shouting about an enemy army coming. Right behind him, a large group of people ran after him. When they group saw the Vikings, the stoped dead in their tracks. ‘Who are you?’ said a woman who seemed to be in charge of the force. ‘We are the Warriors of the mist. We are the warriors of Odin, and who are you?’ the man said. ‘I am Bellerophon of Greece. What is your name? And this is the legion of the sun, we follow the Olympian gods.’ said the girl. ‘My name is Bojorn. you are in charge of these men?’ the bulky man said, clear with distaste. ‘Yes, I rule the legion. Do you have a problem with that?’ she asked calmly. ‘You let a women lead you in battle? You call yourself men?’ he called to the legionnaires. They stayed silent, griping there weapons, wait for the order to attack.
Then it started, the sound of metal on metal, the cries of men as steel sunk deep into their bodies. The battle has gotten the attention of the rest of the sun legion, time seemed to slow as a 2 fireballs falling to earth, the warriors didn’t even know, until, two fully armoured men appeared, on in gold, one in silver. The golden one wore the same armour as the Greeks and the silver had the horns of Bojorn. ‘STOP THIS MADNESS!!’ called the one with the horned helm, welding his hammers high and lightning striking it. The Norsemen dropped to their knees. ‘The mighty Thor? Are you here to help us deal with the vermin?’ said Bojorn with hope rising in his voice. ‘Watch your mouth boy!’ called the man in golden armour, wielding a lightning bolt. ‘Zeus, what bring you to the miserable place?’ Asked Bellerophon. ‘EVERY BODY BE SILENT! OR YOU SHALL NOT LIVE THROUGH THE MORROW!’ called tho, his voice full of command, and raw power, the ground shock and trees crumbled, but Zeus protected the human hoard. ‘We are here for help.’ Explained Zeus. ‘The immortal gods need help for us mere mortal?’ said Bojorn questioningly. ‘SILENCE CHILD, YOU MUST NOT SPEAK WITH OUT THOR’S PROMITION!’ Thor threw his hammer at Bojorn and it went straight through the man, spraying blood everywhere. ‘Anyone else want to speak up?’ Asked Thor, now his hammer had flow back into his hands. ‘Why would u kill the clan’s greatest warrior?’ asked one of the Vikings, Thor was getting angry. He started to slaughter the Vikings; all they could do was try to run. ‘I AM A GOD! YOU WILL BOW DOWN AND NEVER QUESTION ME!!!’ Thor yelled hurling his hammer toward a group of people, it exploded on contact.
It re-appeared it his hand, Zeus was growing tired of this, he speared his lightning bolt through Thor’s body, and he exploded into ash. The wind started to blow stronger and fast. The ashes swarmed and returned back into the human shape that was Thor. He went to strike Zeus. Zeus just merely gave Thor a warning look. ‘I am Odin’s brother; you are but a mere child.’ He said calmly. ‘You dare insult me!’ he rose his hammer, he went to strike Zeus, Zeus just sent lightning at Thor and he went flying through air into the cliff side. He rose, and stood next to Zeus. Zeus continued to explain their situation. ‘Loki and Hades have joined forces to try to destroy the world. We have requested the help of the Egyptian gods, but they are in the middle of their own war with Set. We must count ourselves lucky that he hasn’t joined in the war.’ He finished. ‘You need us why?’ Bellerophon questioned? ‘Loki is no fool, he knows things about the gods that we not knowing ourselves’ Thor said, and clearly not happy with the way Zeus was treating him. ‘He has re-joined the frost giants. Their wrath will win Loki the Earth.’ Zeus called.
