Izuku walked down the hall in a quiet rage and stared at the ground as he walked. The pain he remembered and felt was too much for him. When alone in an empty hallway, he cried? The tears fell from his eyes like a waterfall. What Katsuki said loomed in his head. How could he do such a thing... kiss him and say how bad his boyfriend is and suggesting that Shouta is doing something behind his back?
"Izu-"
Izuku looked up to see Shouta looking at him with worry and concern. He opened his arms out to Izuku. He didn't hesitate to run into his arms. Shouta comforts him, telling him everything is all right. After he got Izuku to calm down and steady his breaths, he asked what happened.
"K-Kanchan kissed me and said t-that-"
"He did what?!" Shouta shouted in pure rage.
"P-Please don't be angry, Sho... I-I know what he did isn't right but..."
"But what? What about him kissing you and saying stuff to turn you against me deserves a 'but' Izu?"
Izuku looked at Shouta, lost for words. His words stabbed him deeply. Shouta sighed and ran his fingers up his hair.
"Look Izu... I don't know what exactly happened but I understand he's a 'childhood friend' of yours, but he should know not to even come near you if he will act that way."
Izuku nodded in response. He felt dead and numb as if all the life he had drained from him. Izuku felt what it was like to be lectured about someone else's action he had no control over.
"So do you not want to be with me..?" Izuku said emotionless.
"No," Shouta said surprised. "Why would I?!"
"I-I just thought since you seemed unhappy ... and I keep... causing you trouble."
Shouta wrapped his arms arm him tightly. "That doesn't mean I don't want to be with you... since I love you."
Izuku looked up at him smiled with a few tears and kissed him gently.
"How about we go for some ice cream after school?"
"Yeah.." He replied softly.
