Chapter 3 "Friends?"

Lilly stairs at the river that's shining from the sunshine. She doesn't say anything, she isn't talking to her two owls. She's just thinking, she doesn't even realise that someone is standing on the other side of the river.

-Hey! Are you ok? She jumps up in shock. She looks at the boy that's standing on the other side. "What is he?" She looks at him from top to toe.

-Umm, Hello? Lilly stares at him for awhile.

-U-umm Hi! Sorry about that...

-I thought you couldn't talk for awhile, but you seem to know english.

-Y-yeah.. I know how to speak English...

-I saw you this night, and thought you would be here today.

-Well you thought right...

-What where you doing out side that late tho?

-I couldn't sleep- Wait! It was you! That black figure wasen it! Lilly stares at him.

-W-what no?! I swear you didn't see me so it's impossible! The boy looks at Lilly weird.

-How do you know! You don't know where I'm looking! And especially not when it's dark! Lilly is starting to get angry.

-Because I- He stops himself and Lilly just stares at him with a look that wants him to contino what he was about to say.

-Because I just know! Now what black figure did you see? Cues I sure didn't see anyone! Or I did see you but you get what I mean!

-W-wait.. You didn't see it? Are you sure it wa-

-Yes I'm sure!! The boy seemed upset about that thing... weird.

-Ok ok sorry... It's silence for a bit, you can only hear the river and Sunny and Snowy flying around.

-So what's your name? Lilly looks at the boy like that's a weird question.

-Lilly, and you are?

-I'm Loke. Nice to meet you, Lilly. Lilly looks at him for a while.

-Soo what are you doing here at the river?

-I told you, I thought you would be here.

-So you came down here to see if I were here or not?.. Whyy?

-I don't know, nothing you can really do here I guess?

-True, but you have friends right? I mean everyone has friends...

-What do you mean? I mean I do have a friend, or I mean I have some friends...

-I mean it seems as everyone has one or more friends..

-Wait you mean you don't have a friend?
-I mean I have two owls!

-Ooooh... I can be your friend!

-Yeah.. sure.. Umm.. Just one question..
