third person POV;
"w-what? are you crazy?! I just met the guy, I barely got a second glance!" the young boy tried to defend himself however the other boy could see right through his little act.
"oh please I could tell by the way you looked when you walked into my room, all wide eyes with that small smile playing on your lips, you obviously think he's attractive"wait.. he was smiling? the young boy hadn't even noticed that he was smiling, it just came natural and without warning.
he still tried to convince the skyscraper infront of him that it wasn't true.
"mike I think these drugs are starting to go to your head. you know I don't get attracted to people easily so that's a very big accusation to make."and it was true.. mike did know better than to say these things because even though he was just a customer to kellin, mike saw him as a friend and he knew a lot about him, things no one else knew, things like the fact he doesn't easily open up to people due to an incident a little while back so for now, he thought he'd let the subject go. even though he knew he was right.
"I guess you're right, sorry. must be the drugs, going to my head again"
and with that the subject was dropped.
"I should get going, I got other customers, I guess I'll see you later" kellin said as he started walking towards the window.
"why don't you use the front door?" mike asked completely confused as to why the boy was going out the window."and risk you getting ideas about me and your brother again? no thanks. see ya"
and with that he was gone and out the window like he was never there to begin with.
Mikes POV (was getting bored of writing in third person);
as soon as kellin jumped out the window, vic walked in.
"hey, wasn't your friend just here? I didn't see him leave."
shit.. come on mike think of an excuse you can't tell him you were talking about him..
"ergh.. yeah he decided that he'd use the window because.. um.."
oh my god mike! think!
"because?" vic asked expectantly.
"because he saw a spider near the door and ran screaming like a girl out the window" - yeah that should work.
"really? because the boy seemed like he could handle a little spider" vic said obviously not buying the lie..
"come on mike.. the truth. now."
with a sigh I gave in.
"I was teasing him about him thinking you were good looking and he didn't want to risk me teasing him even more by going out the front door."silence.
"he thought I was good looking?" he chuckled.
"is that seriously the only part you heard?! forget it. and for you information. no he didn't, I was just annoying him about it."with that vic sighed and left the room without another word..
what on earth was that about?
