"Ughhhhh" I grumble as I walk over to my alarm clock to shut it off. School. School. School. Ew. I hate school. Not just because of the tremendous amount of work I have to do since I'm an honor student, but also the people. You have the populars who do drugs and are total players, the nerds who love math and do their homework all the time, and you have the regulars. The ones that are just waiting to get out of there. These regulars have their own little cliques and groups and that's pretty much where it ends. Now, somewhere in the regulars are me and my friends. There's me Kristin, the pastors kid; Annabelle, the sporty one; Brooke, the crazy one; Hayle (pronounced Haley not Hail although we call her that sometimes) the softball player; Abby, the redhead (don't cross her); Ally, the nice one and the one everyone comes to with problems; Makenzie, the smart one ;(Ally is smart too!) and finally, Jessie, the YouTube watcher. That's our little clique. They have all been together since kindergarten. Unfortunately for me, I came in 5th grade. They are the only people that make school worth going to for me. I have two siblings, an annoying little brat of a sister named Emily, and an equally annoying older brother (by a year and a month!!). My dad is a preacher who yells a lot. My mom is a redhead and I'm so much like her that we argue non-stop. I also have a dog (my favorite sibling) named Abby. She is a boykin spaniel and is a total diva! Even though she's a diva, don't mistake her for prissy because since she's a full blood boykin spaniel she is a hunting dog. She eats birds she catches and swims in our big ditch most of the summer. Summer: that's another thing. Since I live in South Carolina we have summer for a longggg time. Don't get me wrong, we still go to school its just 80 degrees until November. Also, the humidity; Its terrible. My hair which is naturally thick and curly gets into the afro stage during the summer. This is the reason why I wear my hair in a ponytail all through summer. In the winter it never gets below zero. The temperatures during the winter are usually in the 30s at the least. Today its one of the many hot days since its June and that means schools almost over! Anyways, for my clothes I throw on crop-top shirt and a pair of shorts. For my hair I throw it up into a side ponytail and I'm ready to go. I usually don't wear makeup to school unless I have a bad spot on my face or I wanna look good that day. I only I live like 5 minutes away from school so I tell my dad bye and I run towards the school. Its nice to get your excersice right? In a few minutes I'm there and I run inside. As soon as I walk in the door I'm immediately warmer. It was cold out there! I walk to the lunchroom and sit down by Annabelle. As soon as I sit down Brooke and Annabelle start talking
B: "OH MY GOD KRISTIN GUESS WHAT!"
A: "OH MY GOSHHHHH"
K: "what?!"
B: "MY MOM GOT US TICKETS TO MEET NASH, SHAWN, HAYES AND CAMERON AT A MEET AND GREET THIS FRIDAY IN ATLANTA!!!"
K: "OH MY GOSH REALLY!??"
A: "YES!!"
A meet and great ticket?! For me, Brooke and Annabelle?! Oh my gosh. I'm so excited! Hayes is sooo hot for a 14 year old and Nash is smoking and hes just a year older than me. UGH. I'm 15 (almost 16) Buttt, age is just a number am I right ladies?! And Cameron and Shawn are gonna be there! Awesome! I can't wait until Friday!
