Gauri's mother looks at him.
Gm:,arre aap, please come in
He enters.
O: vo actually Gauri got injured while saving me from the chandelier.
Gauri looks down.
O: say her na aunty to look after herself than saving someone else
Gauri's mouth goes O.
G: Sir I thought you came here to take my side, yahan toh aap
O:,did I say something wrong?
Gm smiles.
Gm: no beta, but what Gauri did is right.
Om looks at her surprised.
O: you too aunty
Gm: you have saved us from Kali which we thought impossible, toh aapkeliye jaan bhi de doon galat nahi hein
O: aunty kaise baat kar rahe aap
Gm smiles wiping her tears. Gauri too in tears. Om wraps his arm around Gm's shoulder.
O: I didn't save you to see you sad or to sacrifice your lives for someone else. So please dont do anything like that
Gm nods.
Gm: I will make tea for you
Om nods.
G: I will change and come.
Gauri goes. Om looks around the room. He sees a table where Shankarji's idol is kept. He frowns seeing kumkum box hidden behind it. He takes the box. Gauri looks wide eye and takes that from him
G: what are you doing
Om get shocked due to het sudden snatching.
O: what
Gauri nods no and keeps the box back
O: why are you hiding it there
Gauri gulps looking other side.
G: ( my maa didn't find but he find out, yeh jhatadhari bhi na. Ab what will I say)
O: hello
Gauri turns.
G:,hiding? Nahi, its kept there only
O: acha, but why kumkum
G: Its my mother's
O:but your mother is a widow na
G: (lo started his interrogation) toh? Cant she keep kumkum in pooja room, see this the reason
Gauri snaps. Om raise his eyebrow.
G: this is the reason she keeps it hiding coz everyone will think like this only, such a narrow thinking. Ab dont ask maa ok, shr will feel bad
O: ok, lekin why you getting hyper
Gauri sighs:,nahi toh
Om touch her forehead to wipe the sweat.
O: switch on the fan if you are feeling hot.
Gauri's mother comes with tea. Om drinks it and goes.
