I'm gonna be completely honest about both Shadow and Black Swan and you guys are probably gonna hate me, but no one can hate me as much as I've been hating myself recently, so...🙃
I was one of those people that felt really guilty after I listened to Shadow, I saw there was other people that felt like this as well, but not many, I felt guilty that I was part of the fame, yeah, I'm only one person out of the millions and millions of ARMYs, but still. Honestly, I've only listened to Shadow 3 times since it came out, which sucks, because I do actually like the song, it's catchy, but the lyrics make me feel really bad, I know that that's not what they intended, and that's not the meaning of the song, it's about the downsides of fame, like, the saesangs, the media, the lack of privacy etc. but still, after my first listen of the song, I was like "well I wanna kill my self" and I can't listen to the song without just wanting to cry. That's why I never mentioned it.
And as for Black Swan, I like the Spotify version, but not the music video version, and the actual video/dance, it kinda creeps me out and I have no clue why and the shirtless guy just made me uncomfortable and once again, I have no clue why. I seriously have no clue why it creeps me out and makes me uncomfortable, but it does.
