We didn't want to be this way. We didn't ask to be born like this. No one asks to be born a half blood. Most half bloods die a horrible and tragic death, but if you're really lucky you might never realize you are a half blood and live your life in peace. Most half bloods aren't lucky. Like us, daughters of the gods. Dionysus, Zeus, Hades, and Apollo. We all share the same alcoholic mother. We don't exactly have an easy life. Living in the Bronx in New York City, New York. We lived in a tiny one bedroom apartment. You would think that being daughters of the gods we might have a better life. Like living on Olympus, being drowned in riches and anything we've ever wanted. It's not so simple. We grew up, four sisters and a mother sharing a one bedroom apartment. Men coming and leaving. Our mother, Tracy Quinn, was a teenage mother and she was diagnosed with early Alzheimer's. But of course, having Alzheimer's, she forgot. She forgets who we are, she forgets what we look like, who our fathers are, and who she is. She's an alcoholic Alzheimer's patient. Like I said, we didnt ask for it. We were born this way and our only choice is to survive. We have a destiny, a quest. Find Aphrodite's lost love. Shall we face Aphrodite or Atë?
