richie took a deep breath in and out as he bounced his leg up an down, he felt anxious but excited yet nervous at the same time, he sat on the edge of the bed. he scanned the unfamiliar surroundings, a hotel room booked for one night. the walls were a boring tan color, bedsheets white and floor a carpeted brown. he looked down and checked the time on his phone, reading 8:15 pm and he wondered when his date would be coming, well he wasn't sure what to call him. he knew his name was eddie and that he was 21 and that eddie liked to help others in his own special way. they had been talking for a few weeks now. see richie had this idea in his head that he wasn't living life like he imagined he would. he never did anything new or tried to talk to anyone since his breakup last year and he figured why the hell not, i'll go online and find someone willing to give me what i want and help them out in return.

this led richie to go online one drunken night and what richie stumbled upon was something that peeked interest, a website for horny and seeking adults. richie never really tried any of these websites before, thinking they were full of shit or people wanting to play jokes, but nonetheless he tried it out. over the course of days richie had found this beautiful boy named eddie, who he claimed, "i would love to please you, fulfilling your every fantasy and desire." richie thought it was corny but he said fuck it and shot eddie a message. one message turned to two and then their conversation kept going for weeks till richie ground up enough courage to finally ask for a meet up. eddie gladly obliged and gave him a time and a place, simple enough richie thought but he didn't realize all the anxiety that would come with it.

eddie was new person to meet and talk to and that made richie nervous because he wasn't that good with words or with people he barely knew. sure he was a friendly person but that didn't mean he was a open book. eddie seemed to be the opposite, he talked to richie in a way that he had never experienced. like he what to say, that eddie took control and richie liked that. richie had never been with someone like that before, sure he had boyfriends and a hookup or two but nothing like eddie seemed. eddie almost scared richie, in a good way. a new experience, a new personality to discover.
richie checked the time again, 8:25pm. this meant eddie would be here any minute now, richie got off the bed and walked to the closest mirror and tried to fix his hair, making sure his outfit was presentable.

he took another deep breath and before he knew it, there was a knock at the door. richie tensed up and slowly looked at the door, walking up to it. he hesitated before grabbing the handle and turning it but pulled through, opening the door to view a short but yet beautiful man in the doorway. eddie had his back turned and when he heard the door opening and as he turned around, he slowly brought the black sunglasses he was wearing down from his eyes, his skin was clear with rosy cheeks and plump lips, his neatly brushed hair. richie smiled shyly but didn't speak, "hello richie." eddie said as he grinned and batted his eyelashes, giving richie fluttering in his stomach. "hello you must be eddie, come in." richie stepped backwards to let eddie in and he accidentally stumbled, giving eddie a small chuckle. "s-sorry," richie quickly got out, mentally cursing himself out for being so clumsy.

"i'm nervous." eddie smiled at him as he close the door, "there's nothing wrong with that love." eddie said and richie went wide eyed, no one had ever called him that and he secretly loved it. richie blushed and gently bit his lip, noticing eddie sitting his things down on the small table provided for the room, soon after he turned back to richie with a smile on his face and richie thought he was so much prettier in person. his pictures did no justice for the person that was eddie kaspbrak. "so i know we talked a little over the phone about the logistics of things but i thought we could go over it a little more so we could both get a good idea of what we want to get out of this experience," he spoke softly, sitting down on the bed.
