chapters one

3:00 am at night . Everyone were sleeping except me .I was rolling on my bed thinking about the upcoming result .Even the  sounds of clock felt so irritating .
  
  "Wake up Nandini wake up"I heard maa voice and I opened my eyes .I do not remember time I slept .
As soon as I opened my eyes I looked at clock it was already 9:00 clock .
I quickly jumped from bed and opened my computer to check the result .
   My heart was beating very fast  opening the Toronto University website .
Finally the result came and all of my hard work paid off as I  passed the exam.
I jumped and started shouting .
I hugged mam and dad to express my happiness .
Today is best day of my life .

"Nandu take care of yourself "mom said for I guess tenth time .
Today is a very special day of my life .I am flying to Canada Alone to complete my studies .
"The fight is ready to come hurry up beta"dad said and hugged me .
"Take care beta and keep calling us daily "maa said and kissed me on forehead .
  Finally we parted ways .it felt sad  to go away from them but I have to for them and me .it was my dad my dream to send  me aboard and today his dream is fulfilled .

After a long fight I finally reached Toronto .The airport looked more beautiful in real with people walking all around all the girls and boys looked so gorgeous .I am hardly even half of them with just wearing a simple jeans .
Reaching outside the airport I saw many taxis but chose a Desi sarji .
I gave him the address and the journey started . luckily for me my rooms are already rented with one of roommate .
The secnery from outside of window looked mesmerizing with  tall building all round .it felt as if dreams come true .
Approx a hour later we finally reached the destination .
"Thanks uncle ji I said "as uncle ji handed me my bag .
"No problem ji "he said and went .the cab did cost me a lot making me already decided to work for my living although i know mom won't like it but it is ok .
The room was in second floor .it took me a lot of courage to reach there with all of my bags.
  I knocked on the door of house I am going to stay and felt butterflies in my stomach .
beautiful girl of my age opened the door .
"Who ?"she asked as soon soon she opened the door .
"I  am Nandini ,this house is allotted to me " I said after a hestiatation   .
"Come come Nandini.I am Mukti "she said and hugged me and helped me with the bags .
The living room was quite cosy with a sofa and  small dinner table with few furniture .
  Mukti directed me towards my room .it was a small size yet beautiful bedroom giving me all comfy vibes .
Mukti left me alone in room and went to relax .
Having tea we had a good chat .I am already Liking her she is an artist working here for some time .later she helped in settling my stuff .
   At night we went for dinner in a nearby cafe having tasty food
