Night Out .

My Coworker and i were grabbing lunch down from the cafeteria, since our lunch break is only thirty minutes we're really limited on where we can eat . I usually go for a salad; with grilled chicken , black beans , banana peppers , shredded Parmesan cheese, tortilla sticks ,blue cheese, salt and pepper . This bitch hit every time. On Saturdays i had to come in at 5 am and 6 pm was slowly but surely approaching and I was ready. Chanel and Trick has been at my house going on 4 days now, I don't mind one bit cause they most definitely cut a check . I insisted they keep it and that i wouldn't want the money for stitching up a few wounds , but Trick wasn't hearing that . He kept calling me the Hood Doctor . I just laughed him off . Charr has been by with their son a couple times . And Phor had came through to Drop his car off , just in case Chanel had some things to do .

"Jordyn you wanna go to Dunn's River tonight with me and Angie" my coworker, Suki , asked me . Dunn's River was a Strip that was usually the place to be on saturday nights . On this strip was numerous clubs , restaurants, bars, and little souvenir shops . a whole lot of parking lot pimpin went on at Dunn's River .
And I was longgg over due for a night out .

"Yeah what time y'all going" i took a bite of my salad, that was more then halfway gone.

"eleven ish" Suki replied .

i dont really know angie. ive hung out with her a few times with suki but it was never really no one on one conversation. shes pretty sloppy to me , and i dont really care to talk about people but she doesnt care what impression she gives off, let me rephrase that she doesnt care how she carries herself. but thats why shes not MY friend but sukis.

after we were finished with lunch we cleared out trays and put them in their desired spots, we headed back up the elevators to the forth floor. when the elevators opened it was pretty silent , now that im not used too. suki walked in a different direction then me, i had to go check on my patients . Mr. tumblr had been released , and now his room is being occupied by a mother that is about to deliver twins any day now . shes been having complications in her last few days . and i had a cancer patient , two patients from a hit and run car accident , and a few who were staying over to watch before releasing them the next day .

"Ms. Gates may i have a word with you" Dr. Sikes approached me.

"Sure , what can i do for you today" i jokingly said .

" one of our nurses have taken a leave of absence , do you mind taking on a couple of extra hours until we find somebody to replace her " SAY WHAT? bitch im already taking on a EXTRA shift all by myself . Most Nurses work a five - six hour shift. im working double that every day .

"sadly but not really, im already working extra shifts as is"

"yes im very aware of that, and we love having dedicated workers on our staff; but we still need somebody to fill her shift"

is this man serious.

"im going to have to decline Doctor"

"well im sorry to hear that" he rubbed my shoulder and walked off, yeah buddy you got me all the way fucked up.

- Later That Day -

im finally home relaxing in my bed, its going on seven o'clock . as soon as i got home i showered and laid my ass tf down , no clothes on just bare ass wrapped around a towel and i havent moved from this spot since . " KNOCK" "KNOCK" i pulled the sheets over my body ." come in" Chanel opened my door and walked in making herself comfortable on my bed " i was ordering from Flavs did you want something" she looked down at her phone and started tapping on the screen. Flavs is literally the BEST chicken spot in Tampa, Florida; its a black owned business. shit fye as hell on my momma. " the chicken and shrimp in their sauce and blue cheese me please" "okay imma make it a meal " " thank you shorty" we laid in silence for a minute before i broke the silence ." wanna go to Dunns River with me and suki tonight " she popped her head up like bitch do you not see this big ass stomach im carrying around.
