The breeze whispers a song,
a sweet melody I feel is wrong,
the fallen leaves seem to surround the air without fear,
embracing the enchantment they hear,
my mind is twisting with confusion,
A vision hidden beneath a beautiful illusion,
the streets are covered with dust,
Bikes are enveloped in rust,
words are no longer spoken,
communication was broken,
by the sound of silence,
when the world broke an alliance,
Blank stares are the only expression,
no one cares for impressions,
there was a time when people experienced love,
now it is unspoken of,
The world I once knew was destroyed by you.

PoetryThese are poems I have written in the past or recently, I like the type of writing I do so try not to criticize so much but I'm trying to adapt to more ways or writing also.
