Alright, you need an explanation.

This message is actually:

Ten and Johnny are mentally unstable, love is what they could cope with.

Here's my reason.

- I tried to put some logic here, Ten is clearly unstable, he tried to kill his own lover multiple times. Johnny kidnapped his lover in order for them to love each other.

- This was never in the book, but I wanted to put this out in the book, but never got the chance to.

This is what you have:

"Ten, you know, I actually wanted to bring you here to kill you."

"W-what?"

"But, do you know why I didn't?" Johnny asked, as he put down the knife, which was pointing at Ten beforehand.

"It's because you are so darn precious, I just didn't,"

"You are such a coward, Johnny.."

"I know, but only for you,"

That's it. I didn't add it, because everything is actually piling up around me, and I really wanted to get this done.

- In every single fanfic, the readers would never question the sanity of people, no matter in Mafia books, and such books.

But, that is basically my reason. Love is what brought them together, and to stop their mental health to go haywire.

Alright, if you still remember that Ten has a deceased boyfriend, right?

He would kill (mostly) married men because he was jealous of other women having a husband, and he didn't have his boyfriend. (It isn't Taeyong)

The reason to write such letters was because during that period of time. He was actually telling his boyfriend that he was finally moving on and that he promised to burn the letters. Which was the last one, that he wrote.

That was around the time Johnny was anger, out of jealousy. Of course, in the end, Johnny told Ten to keep them, in memory of Ten's ex.
