Mr Anderson the English teacher anounced w project and that the class would have to do and present after one week. Luckily for Mae, the teachers at JFK didn't indulge in the whole introduction thing they were rather layedback this seemed to appease her since she regardedthe whole ordeal boring and w waste of time this however, turned out to be the only class she shared with Zander Rivers. Okay class, I will now assign you to your partners Mr Anderson called out to the class.
Mae perked up when she heard her name Mae Cortez, and Zander Rivers. You may proceed to sit with your partners he said. She looked around for him and found him looking in her direction she moved to his table and put her books on the table. Heyhe said, fancy seeing you here well, it's school and I'm a student where else would I be if not in school bent over doing the work that the teacher had given, she almost jumped out of her skin when Zander leaned towards her did it hurt? She looked at him in confusion when you fell from heaven she frowned. No, not really but it hurt when I crawled out of hell she said with a smile and quit with the pick up lines and let me concentrate on the project if you don't mind on the bright side you won't have to do it just back off understand? Lunch with the guys was a drag for Mae. Not only was she bored but she also noticed that the majority of the female population of the school have her dirty looks and she glared right back at them.
She was on her way to the locker room in order to get ready for Physical Education when a platinum blonde stoped her. With a nassly voice that highly irritated Mae, she opened her mouth to talk but Mae cut her off can I help you with something? She asked the girl paused for a moment and replied actually.. yes how about you stay away from my man excuse me you heard me. Stay away from my man
Mae crossed her arms and looked at the girl straight in the eye how about I send you to the emergency room right now? She asked her. The girl put her hands to her face with a horrified expression present on it and took off down the hallway with out looking back
She wore a satisfied smirk and opened the door.
Brian was on the field sure stretching. She walked over to him and put her arm on his shoulder hey, she said so, what happens in this class ? The usual he replied. A man in his early thirties walked into the picth and blew harshly into the whistle that hung from his neck today we are going to be doing track. Students lined up at the starting line Brian and Mae following sute kids sprinted but Mae and Brian were at a slow jog I bet I can beat you in a race Mae said.
