My Hope (A Pay-Hope Love Story)

New Year, New Students, New Crushes

1st day of 9th grade.
This was Payton's second year of going to Cambridge Springs. She hated it but couldn't complain cause she had awesome friends... especially Ava.

*Payton's POV*
I looked down at my librarian outfit as I entered my worn-down school. I dodged around people in the hallway and stopped at my new locker. The announcements came on and big Neuf spoke.
      "Students should report to their home rooms first"
     'Right, forgot about that' I grabbed my sweat binder and headed to Mrs. Sheilds classroom. When I walked into the room I noticed my friends Ava and Cady. I sat down next to them and talked about our classes.
     "Did you hear?" Ava spoke over excitedly, "Their is three new boys in our grade this year!"
     "Maybe I can add them to my list of hoes." Cady said in a monotone voice looking into the void.
      "Just suck faces with Garrett already" said Ava.
      As Cady and Ava bickered, Payton could help but wonder, 'Who are these three new students?'
Ava, Cady, and Payton met up with Izzy and headed to first period. They met their new teacher Mr.Birchard and he seemed nice. The class was very confusing and nobody understood except for the sweat named Payton. The whole class was just Izzy, Cady, and Ava fighting with Travis and Ava making death threats. Soon enough it was lunch and they sat down in a group with Adam, Travis (sadly), Maddie, Ava, Izzy, Donovan, and Ronnie. They all sat down and some left to grab lunch trays. Then, Payton heard a voice behind her,
     "Do you mind if we sit here?"
She turned around and froze. There stood three beautiful boys.
     "Uhhhhhh..." she looked around for her friends aproval. They nodded. "Sure"
      Everyone came back from getting their lunches and the three introduced themselves as Eric, Wang(😏), and J-Hope. They chatted with everyone else and Payton couldn't help but stare at J-hope. Little did she know, someone was staring at her too.
